The hotel, despite its good location, has a price too expensive for the comfort and quality of the hotel, years ago we had stayed there and the quality and service was impeccable, but unfortunately the quality of the infrastructure is very deteriorated, parts with obvious humidity, bathrooms with mushrooms on the roof and regular cleaning.

A very expensive visit for a hotel that is below 100% of its quality.

The hotel despite the good care and disposition of the staff has a price too expensive for what is the comfort and quality of the hotel, if you hear everything from the room everything that happens from the outside and the breakfast does not have a variety to choose from taste (basically it is a coffee or tea plus a pan with kitchen and cheese) and does not have room service, plus they do not change the saunas every day of the bed, just barren a little, change the towel and do not have shampoo in the bathroom, that is, it is a regular care for a price too high.

A very expensive visit for a regular hotel.

Positive aspects: the two courteous ladies at the reception, good cleaning, the central location near the Baquedano, the private park and monitored by cameras. For the rest... triple room with very little space to open the suitcases (opening one was already a problem), no heating, no phones in the bathroom. Everything quite dated, would require a nice modernization intervention. The just enough breakfast: 1 sandwich, 1 slice of ham and 1 cheese, butter and marmalade, 1 packaged cake, tea or coffee. Just for one night.

Having booked in advance at another hotel, I was sent by this hotel to the Cano Hotel. When checking out, I was required to pay for the night room at the list price (superior to the canceled).

This hotel on a very central street, is very old, but the reception is very warm. The room that was assigned to us seriously needed to be refreshed, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The great interest of this hotel is its location, 200 meters from the very picturesque pedestrian road, where an old two-storey wooden tramway offers you a free and fun little ride, a lot of music life and friendly small restaurants along this beautiful street lined with old colonial houses.

To begin with, save the kindness of the staff and the location of the accommodation and its cleanliness. It is a complicated hotel to rest by the layout of the rooms and the acoustics of the place, when the breakfast hour begins if you have a light sleep it starts your day at seven in the morning the beds that prepare the breakfast talk and everything returns! I was in a room where the elevator was glued to the window and just below the dining room that is used for breakfast.The room was very small and uncomfortable.The breakfast to forget instant coffee bread a round and a side of ham and cheese a small portion of mermaid and a glass of juice made me remember the days that I tried so hard to go to the supermarket and settle down with me that I really should not be there... because I love to travel to a beautiful city and enjoy a lot of beautiful culture until I get back to the city.

Only a good location.

Well, we stayed at this hotel for four days after a long drive through the San Pedro de Atacama public pass etc, the hotel is almost certainly in the center, convenient to get to the cavancha just a few blocks from the historic center in addition to the iquique to tour its museums or to take excursions. it expands the room that they had given us comfort. very convenient in addition to its kitchen (kitchen) because you could shop in a super and you could save on going out to eat. What we didn't really like was the bathroom, not because it was dirty, but because the toilet seat was worn out, for example: the toilet seat had some rare spots that looked bad, the ghost had a pad that was rusty, there was no curtain just a glass that covered part of the bathroom so the bathroom was all wet. There was also no shampoo with good luck soap. - The hotel is well located, as it is centrally located and close to the market where you can take buses and coaches that go to Humberstone, Pozo to Jerio and Teatro.

Good attention from the staff.

Clean accommodation, good beds, poor but clean breakfast and fresh produce, excellent location near the beach of the shopping centre and restaurants, super recommended for family trips.

Recommended families

The room was very comfortable, lush, well-presented, the opposite was that the air made a noise and it was impossible not to catch it because of the heat it made. They had no ventilator so it was not possible to cool down in that way. Another aspect was that in the freezer available in the room, we found other guests' snacks. Which does not give a sense of deep cleaning. The breakfast was simple, juice, coffee/tea, bread, slices of bud and water cookies, cheese and jam, jam and butter. The service was excellent, very friendly, always attentive to needs. I could print (in color!) the air tickets, and make reservations for those who came to look for us.
