El Hotel Salzburg, is a nice place to stay in Frutillar.You can stay in its well-equipped cabins, have lunch or dinner in its restaurant and eat a lamb al palo, its view of the lake is beautiful.

A very nice place to stay.

My husband and I traveled in April without knowing the place except what we saw on the Internet, we liked it very much, the beautiful place, the view from our room to the lake was the best, there were few people to date, we were able to occupy the temperate pool and the hot tub very well. The breakfast was very good and varied although we had to go somewhere else within the premises but had a nice view of the lake. The room was comfortable, the bed too, the perfect salicylic water heating by radiators was always on and so that all the places inside the hotel were pleasant at temperature.

Everything I expected.

Thankful place to rest, few people, I don't understand people's complaints about a place that while rustic, offers all the comforts, I was with the worst expectation of comments, but it's quite the opposite, thankful environment and the spa very good.

A very good option.

We came as a couple for a weekend to rest and it was impossible. Everything was bad ever since we entered and a woman with a bad appearance received us, the same person takes us to our room. There was no one to help you with the luggage and she also had the initiative to help. The room was scary, more than basic. An old bed. An old and sloppy bed, a poor-quality pillow, rusty sheets. A small bathroom, the comfort of the most economical. For our bad luck there was a wedding and from the room everything was heard, we could not sleep. The guests chatting down the hallway. She also heard about the adjacent rooms, the roaring, the conversations, the cell phone....fought a nightmare.

Horrible, basic,

It's a place that needs a lot of improvement, the photos you see of the hotel are undoubtedly from a very good photographer and by this I mean that the rooms and the place are not as they look.As for breakfast, there is very little variety, rooms have no TV and zero insulation, when walking from the upper room you hear everything (I couldn't sleep much) and finally the spa area is terrible the roof of the place is all rotten and with mushrooms, bad price/quality ratio.

A place to stay.

In fact, they wouldn't give it a single star, but there's no choice. What a terrible place!!, the photos they show and post have nothing to do with reality, they were there last weekend (24 August), at a value twice that of what they post on social media. The worst place to be!!

Compliance with the minimum, the staff is friendly, breakfast is regular, beds are small, shower water is cold, no me duché.The pool deserves a separate comment, it is very poorly cared for, the edges are dirty, besides, it is not for the exclusive use of the passengers, although at least it works.

I visited the hotel in June one weekend and unfortunately that day there were problems with it. The recirculation bomb and the swimming pools had a much lower temperature than expected. I think in cases like these some compensation mechanism should be given to the customers since if one chooses the hotel is for him.

The price-to-quality ratio is not convenient.

The receptionist was supposed to be hospitable, kindly welcoming and attentive to what the guests needed, the room they gave us didn't have heating, we called for help and they said they would send someone, no one arrived, after I had to go downstairs to ask for help, if I had forgotten and not even an apology face put on, we were finally transferred to another room (much better, nothing to say about that) until.... it was time to go to bed.... the bed sounded good because one was breathing!! It was horrible we couldn't sleep because everything sounded bad, besides being an old cottage that was even desolate!

Not enough attention.

We went to the pools, well, water quality, I thought it might be better but it was fine. We were reminded that people never got out of the toilets, we thought they were selfish with each other, then we got together and realized that they didn't come out because the water was so thick... nothing compared to what a bathroom should be, people were complaining and we didn't fix the situation. 3 hours there and then... there was never hot water. The sauna was a hot tub, a 2x1 piece with a hot tub. Then the friends went to their room which was so old but you can't call, it was a review of the bed.
