Cockroaches in room dirty and disgusting place. I still don't have mine 200$ Damage deposit back

Very very dirty hotel, terrible, they charged a security deposit $200. But they even no mention anything in hotel.com. A lot of drug addicts and drunker around the parking lot, I checked-in at 3:00pm, and checked out at 5:00pm at the same day.

Terrible hotel, Not recommended for anyone

Absolute dumpster fire of a place. Looks like a literal crack den. Staircase reeked of piss and god knows what else. Busted furniture, dirty floors etc. Would've been better to find a bridge to sleep under

Rooms, hotel elevator were all dirty. Drawers missing, tv broken, cockroachs in room and lobby

The hotel is terrible full of cockroaches and be bug

They need to shut down this hotel its full of bed bugs,cockroaches, bed were moldy with wet stains and the sheet were not  clean the wall were full of brown like substanc

The building looking good but not too inside is terrible blue but the staff and management is convenient to to negotiator and refund the money if we doesn’t like the rooms. That’s good service and Expedia refund. It’s cheap still if anybody wants to just stay it’s perfect place but not expect 3star lol Money to me

The place has very noisy guest whom you can easily hear but it was just a little annoying compared to the other problems this pace has. This was one of the most unclean hotels I've ever been to. The only staff was the receptionist, who was polite but couldn't do much. The receptionist told me to choose between 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, when i entered the first room it smelled like tobacco and alcohol but what was worse was that the bathroom was filled with ants crawling all over the floor and bathtub (and i mean literally all over). I immediately left that room and prayed the second room would be better. When i entered the 2nd room, the first thing i checked was the bathroom. Luckily, there was no ants there, although there were some dried up stains here and there it wasn't too bad. The room also didn't smell like tobacco ( but i did smell a bit of alcohol). I decided to stay in that room, but then when i used the toilet just once i found out it could not flush after the first flush. I found out that it takes a while to flush and i decided to wait ( it took all night). I found this out later but the 2nd bed in the room had bed bugs.The only reason I did not immediately leave was that I  already paid online and this was one of the only places in Winnipeg that didnt require a creit card for damage deposit (Don't misunderstand they still took a damage deposit of $200 but you could pay debit or cash).

Rooms are not clean and I found cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom. When I  complained to the manager he said don’t matter I will not refund your money . Horrible experience and will not recommend it to anyone.
