We stayed for 2 months in Annex Guest House. The place reminded my university room, clean, TV, coffee maker, AC, microwave, all cleverly packed. A place to stay and sleep, not for dancing. Ideal for budget travelers.

Good price, good room, university environment

I and my family have been stayed in Annex Guest House on the Oct 10,2015 2 day 3 night very good service, good room, good price and the staff is been very hope full. Next year i  would love to come back to stay in Toronto Canada again , I also will recommend to all my friends.

Good Quest House

We stayed there for 2 days, it was a very nice, clean place to stay in a neighborhood that is located in a perfect place to do a nice long walking tour of Chinatown, Koreatown, as well as the central downtown area. 

In particular they were incredibly helpful when I mistakenly entered the wrong dates when making my reservations and we showed up a day earlier than they expected us! They were very kind about it and quickly prepared a room that a previous guest had late check-out and they hadn't planned on cleaning until the next day. 

Next time we visit Toronto for the weekend we'll be sure to stay there again!

Excellent Experience

The "room" we had was clean, spotlessly clean, however the room was very small, just room to walk around double size bed, bathroom dark, alarm did not work on clock, stairs steep and long to room, entrance to subway a fair walk away, one of the smallest TVs we have ever seen.....we would personally not return to this guest house....husband had to carry our overnight bag  down to our room, under normal circumstances it would not have been a problem, but the stairs are steep and quite long.......

Lower rooms

I enjoyed my stay in Annex Quest House last Sept-October. If you are a solo traveler, it is a nice place to crash on especially when all you need is a place to sleep. It is clean, comfortable and helpful staff. But the room is lack of natural light so sometimes you have to turn on the light during the day. Other than that, it is located in a great location with the access to Spadina TTC station and has everything bank, coffeeshop, pharmacy and supermarket, 

Otherwise.... I wouldn't complain anything about it! I am here right now for my second stay (June)

Need More Light

The reception was not very warm, for a Guest House we were disappointed. Otherwise, the room is clean and bright. The bathroom is quite small but convenient. Don't be surprised at the proximity between the shower and the toilet (no space loss!). Basically, nothing to complain about the room. On the other hand, we regret the lack of exchange with the staff since, except when we arrived (where we were asked to pay immediately), we didn't meet anyone in this guest house.

Well, but no more.

I stayed in this hotel for a week, a very positive place. The staff is super available on any request. The only new maybe the presence only in the morning from 9 to 5.. the rooms were cleaned daily including the bed. The bathroom and towels were always impeccable. The room was not very big but it was more than enough to sleep and wash.

To sleep is okay.

We had a good two nights apart from the noise of the neighbors in the middle of the night (door knocking, TV, chat). Otherwise it's a clean place, in the Zen spirit. We were welcomed.

Correct

This small B&B hotel is perfect for those who want to get to know Toronto, located near subway lines, in a very nice and quiet area, near Bloor Avenue, one of the busiest in Toronto, small food restaurants from various countries so they will surely have a place to choose from.

Excellent option B&B, quiet, clean, well-placed!

It was nice to spend 7 nights in the cold Toronto, Annex Quest House was like a quiet hub of the fast-paced downtown life.
