I loved the dogs , the bed was so comfy and I had a lot of privacy I enjoyed the water dispensers the water tasted delicious. The bathroom was beautiful and the tub was so nice and big . Definitely recommend. Very accommodating. I stayed long term so I didn’t get to taste the owners cooking but my mom stayed another time and she said it’s spectacular . I would definitely book again . Cheryl and her Bed and Breakfast are wonderful.  The beds are comfortable, it is clean and the food/ beverages are great.  I went to stay there when my Mother was passing away at the Raymond hospital.  Cheryl went above and beyond what is required.  I will never forgot her kindness during this difficult time.

Stopped for one evening and ended up staying a couple nights!!! as the accommodations were great and the breakfasts were fantastic!  It was very clean and the owner gave great tips for local attractions!

My Mom was here from Newfoundland so my entire family went to Raymond for a family Easter together , we rented the Red barn for the dinner and booked rooms at the Gemstone guest house , it was as fabulous as the last time we were there .  I think we  booked all or most of the rooms , Cheryl our host was amazing as usual , she accommodated our every need, she cooked a fabulous breakfast for everyone , the beds are comfortable and Cheryl makes you feel right at home . I cant wait for the next trip .This place is a must stay . thank you again . Brian and Rose

Needed a place while we were attending a nearby function.
Gemstone were very accommodating with a late check in and quite an early breakfast.
The owners are super nice, the room was giant and the beds very comfortable.
We stayed in the larger family room which has a king a queen and two singles, a comfortable sitting area with a large TV, a giant en-suite with double sinks , very long counter , giant tub and a standalone shower. No worry about not enough room to get ready in the morning.
Breakfast was terrific, lots of selection of fruit, cereals and we had requested bacon and eggs over easy which were ready to go when we had planned.
Would absolutely stay again when in the area.

When we arrived in the evening, the room was not quite ready.  We had sent a text message to the host stating the time we would be arriving in the evening and assumed everything would be ready for us.  The room was spacious, but could have been a bit cleaner.  There was a radio playing all night which we could slightly hear from our room. The breakfast was very good.  The host was pleasant and talkative.
