This place is budget friendly and your expectations need to keep that in mind.

We were given a lovely welcome and the owner took a lot of time showing us where everything was on the map (including recommendations of where to eat).

The room is basic but ours was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was also the only room we stayed in during our whole road trip where we could log into streaming services to watch tv in the evenings.

The one thing we struggled with was the heat. The small fan was not enough to cool the room. One of the window shades was broken so we couldn’t leave that open at night for fear of being devoured by mosquitoes. Therefore we didn’t get the best sleep.

Budget friendly with great service

Room is very old and had specific smell from the draining tubes in the toilet. Dirty, tv didn't work.
Because it's located close to ferry, there is a good chance to wake up at night as it's noisy sometimes. This hotel is located on a highway, across the town, thus if you're traveling with little kids or elderly people, get ready to use your car every day , as walking distance to downtown will be too long for them.
We saw better looking accommodations in a nicer location. 

Not worth of risking your vacation

The room was fine, I've never been able to run the TV, the walls are cardboard and the youth hostel makes music go very loud. I don't know how much better in the back units.

Burning

One of the worst experiences experienced from the point of view of the enhanced service is from a few other black dots. We were staying in the main house and the first problem is that it is only possible to retrieve the keys for an interval of 3 hours a day. It is a small problem especially since the hotel manager indicates that after that time it will be too late.

Cauchemar to be Avoided

Since it was a hostel, we expected, of course, unsounded rooms and cracking floors. But the noise created by the infirm doors was infernaaaall!!! We asked for a clean couch cover since ours was dirty, which seems to have greatly irritated the lady at the post. The lunch in a bag was very disappointing. No milk for coffee, no shampoo and shower rinse.... in short we will not go back there.

Disappointed

I'm willing to accept gaps in accommodation. I'm not, however, able to accept an unpleasant attitude from the owners. We had problems with the coffee machine. Instead of helping ourselves, the owner told us not to be responsible for the damage that the previous occupants did not do. For lunch, we wanted a little more coffee, we were denied. We rented with a lunch included. There are problems with COVID, lunch was a small bag. This is acceptable. But this small bag only contained a granola bar, a soft apple and a small soup.

Worst visit to Tadoussac

A warm welcome, super friendly staff, listening to the needs of the customers. Easy to find. We felt at home. Nearly everything. I would recommend the place without hesitation.

It's a great stay.

We went to Tadoussac in September and we booked this place thanks to the feedback. We booked for one night and we were three, and we arrived around midnight. We warned the hosts in advance of our late arrival and they were more than arranging: they stuck words with my last name and they left lights on so we could spot each other at night. Really adorable. The room was very nice, spacious and very nice. I'll go for the bathroom. I recommend this apartment which was really nice and very well located.

It's perfect.

The hotel is built on a steeply sloping road with frequent trucks passing through. The outdoor isolation is not up to the challenge of the location. The Camélia room is below the breakfast room and the isolation is no longer up to the passage. It is difficult to sleep in these conditions. The decor is old, the little dej poor. The location is on the outskirts of the village. Little would be suitable for this place. I will go into many details to give my conclusion: not to use it in case of a last resort.

Do not fill out a hotel's charter

We sent two nights at this B&B, we had Two bedroom one queen bed and two twin beds, to much Colors in the rooms and dry flowers how collect the dust, you can’t open the window and the seizing fan was cover with dust. The bed sheets are clean and they have good towels. The breakfast is very basic (white, brown and raisin bread from the corner store, box cereals, hard boiled eggs (cold) jam, peanut butter, coffee and tea. Not the king of breakfast who expect in a B&B.
