It is true that the hotel is well located not far from the fortress and major places to visit, in a quiet alley and with rooms with views of the rest of the city. The free parking is on the street so space is available: 1st arrival 1st served! it is narrow and tightly squeezing his vehicle along the wall because it passes through its narrow cobbled alleys. Well-closed his arrival with the reception staff who is not always present, he speaks a good English angle and will inform you about the city and its assets! beautiful clean and functional room, good bunk, breakfast to take on the street floor in a room whether in a nice weather terrace or indoors, it is very convenient with good products! Good water, air conditioning and restaurants.

Oh, the beautiful place!

They lie about parking spaces and I found my car vandalized!

Be very careful with this hotel! I arrived there and found out that no parking spaces are available. They told me to park the car on the edge of the street, because that is the "hotel parking".
The next day I found my card vandalized. They are refusing to answer my emails and find a solution for this! They didn't even want to call or submit a complaint to police.
To add things up, breakfast is also made with cheap food.
They lied to booking that they are offering free public spaces. As expected booking is not taking any action!

Terrible experience at this hotel

We’ve booked a two room suite for one night and generally we were quite happy with our stay in Terazini hotel.
PROS: Convenient quiet location 10 min walk to the entry gate of Tsarevets fortress, museums and not far away from the historical old city as well. It was a Saturday afternoon so we also enjoyed the light & laser show at 9 pm. Reasonable prices (breakfast included), large rooms but the main assets for me is the hotel personnel – very friendly staff at reception and breakfast service. The female receptionist made sure we get a parking slot in front of the hotel which wasn’t easy at all due to the fact the hotel was fully booked for the night and free parking allowed on weekends even on this narrow cobblestone street. She lady was so kind to show us main touristic routes on the map and assist us with the orientation. A small terrace is available downstairs as well where you can have a rest and a drink in the evening as well.
CONS:  Hotel is not easy to find even using navigation, we stopped at the beginning of the street and were not sure we can drive further, then we came across hotel Silvester and the man at reception advised us how to get to Terazini. Our suite was on the ground floor with small windows without A/C due to the fact that it faced the small street (part of the old city) as explained by the receptionist, bathroom large enough but without any shampoo. A better option would be to book two double rooms with a terrace and view to the river in my opinion. Breakfast is simple but sufficient I would say.

Good hotel choice for a short visit in Veliko Tarnovo

It is a clean and cozy hotel.You can enter at any time and it is very close to the fortress anchored in the old part of the village.The rooms, beds and views are very good but the breakfast is of very low quality.

There are better and cheaper options in the city.

From my point of view, it is a very good hotel, the location is very good, 200 meters from the fortress and in the middle of the Old Town, which gives it charm, plus it has a terrace with views. The price is very reasonable, good price ratio. No luxuries, it is a humble but very dignified and clean hotel. The treatment of the staff is pleasant and friendly. The only but is that for me the beds are very rough, but there are people who like it like that, that depends.

The hotel is good value for money, but be sure what you are looking for. 
They offer parking, although no free parking places ware available when I arrived at 1.30 am. It is located in a very narrow paved street amd when I arrived only one free space for parking was available. So just ask before you get there if they can offer a parking place. I reserved 1 double bed and I got 3 single beds, 2 of which placed one next to the other. Free toiletries are only barsa of soap, no shampoo. The breakfast is very simple, almost no fruits, only white flour bread.
On the other hand, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We chose this hotel because of its location.The room is good, breakfast is scarce.

Hotel near the fortress

The hotel is new and the quality of the rooms is great. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located near to Tsarevec and other important landmarks. Its perfect for couples and family trips. Overall the hotel is nice and offers much for the money. It surpassed my expectations.

Good value for money

This is a new hotel. Unfortunately the soundproofing is not good. Every noise in the hotel finds its way through your door. The snack bar facilities have room for a lot of improvement. Breakfast not the greatest. Not sure I would return, sadly!!!
