It was a terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My family and I will never return. Starting with the maintenance of the inn, the room was dirty, accumulated dirt and even bugs! Still, we couldn't sleep quietly during the night, because there was God knows that bug walking around the lining of the room making noise. The other facilities were also bad, the jacuzzi was extremely dirty and the indoor pool couldn't see the watch of so muddy that the water was there, my brother even saw a bullshit going. The kids' space then, scenes of horror.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

It was really nice to spend two days at the Pousada. Everything was as expected. Great structure, the Golden Cabin is top-notch. The reception and attendance staff are generally very helpful. The food served there card at dinner is a highlight.

Wedding anniversary

It looks abandoned, lacks a lot of maintenance, employees just stay on their personal phones, high point, location, beauty, and food.

Without management

I've been trying to call the hostel since last week to make a reservation. I emailed and they answered that the phone is broken. They gave me a WhatsApp, after a long wait, someone answered my text and disappeared! He didn't answer anymore. How do you make a reservation in this hostel if the staff doesn't even answer? I wanted to take my son there to spend his birthday, but it's impossible to communicate.

The rooms are not what they look like in the pictures, they are old, poorly finished, concrete floor, old curtains etc. The management is inflexible, very low-cold, but the staff are dear. We were due to a wedding of friends, in low season, but at no time did they make a point to be cutting time, food, etc. Although the closed package is all inclusive, we did not make all the meals because during the fraternity would have the dinner, and yet they made a point with details that could be relieved due to the number of guests we acquired thanks to the wedding. Finally, with the price charged if you can explore much better places than the offered.

Old-fashioned, rigid management

The Hakuna Matata hostel and the town of Morretes are spectacular. The hostel is clean, simple but comfortable, excellent in architecture and decoration. Very good service. Very delicious breakfast. It's worth it. The town has clear waterfalls of gold color. I loved it.

EXCELLENT to relax and enjoy the nature 

A small, flashlight nocturnal walk, guided by the Pousada's manager to the river, for a quick dip, just because, is unbeatable. Do spend at least a couple of nights here. It is an old hacienda finding its way back; a very large property shielding everyone from turmoil. Don't forget to look up so you can enjoy the Serra do Mar mountains. Pack large amounts of some long-lasting bug repellent. Also, pack dinner snacks of some sort as the hotel does not have a full-time restaurant. Breakfast is well-served.

I was spending a few days before arriving at Ilha do Mel, on the way between Curitiba and Paranaguá.The attention is very good, the chef is amazing - he takes care of the diners, listens to them and feeds them constantly -.The staff in general is very kind and adorable with the boys.The cabins do not boast comfort but they have to let you go.The location is beautiful, of course, for those who do not mind the humidity, mosquitoes and the rustiness of the cement.
