Breakfast with a variety of salt and cakes, I loved the chocolate cake. I stayed in the executive apartment was very comfortable. The boys at the reception were very professional and receptive.

Comfortable and clean

They turn off the Wi-Fi every night, like after an hour, it just stops working, and they always make up that the region is going through trouble, I stayed there five nights and this happened every night, I needed the internet to work and always the same story.

You don't have Wi-Fi at night.

Everything was very organized, great service, great food and great location, we were very well served, the staff always with a lot of attention and availability.

It was an extraordinary experience.

The rooms were very dirty, there were hairballs and human hair everywhere, in the bathroom, in the sink and even in the bed. It was horrible! The receptionists were kind, they tried to tidy up two other rooms, but the other two were just as dirty. I can't tell anyone.

It's very dirty!

The facade and reception of the hotel is beautiful but the room looks old and poorly cared for. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years, mold in the dining rooms, strong smell in the private room and in the bathroom had hair that looked like a beard from a previous client. The floor of the room was dirty with dirt tufts in the corners of the room, behind the door and under the bed. I had seen some reviews that scored this cleanliness issue but old and I thought they had solved it but they didn't solve it and I regretted. Daily too expensive for very little of what is offered.

Room cleaning needs to be improved and much

Very small room, daily expensive by the quality of the hotel, bed rustling with no sleeping conditions, bathroom tubing extremely noisy(I felt in the castle ratibum with monster living inside it) the floor of the room was dirty, the hotel is very close to the street, very bad to rest, I didn't like and I don't recommend, the photos the hotel looks new, but it's very old, was fooled by the photos,

Well reasonable to bad

The hotel is new, it has a great point and in general everything works and it's good. I already stayed in the simpler rooms of my own hotel last year, with ventilator and no hot water in the bathroom. It's an exercise... but the executive room is great, it has everything you can imagine for a stay without excesses and a few days.

Fair price, great point

I was there during the days of the Rural Show. Every day, there was a lack of hot water (especially in the morning) and the cleaning left much to be desired. When I entered the room the first day, I had hair and hairs scattered throughout the bathroom (walls and floors). Another bad point is the parking lot. There is no space for all the cars. As I paid high for the accommodation (R700 a day), I expected, at least, to be well served with the basics!

I'm sorry about that.

It's perfect! It's like they say: our home away from home gets married. Great service, excellent room, breakfast a banquet. I hope I can come back and enjoy everything again.

Rural show

The hotel is very well located and has free parking, good WiFi and the service offered by its staff has always been very cordial.It is clear that improvements have been made to its structure, remodeling a hotel that is already several years old.While these improvements were well achieved, the rooms still maintain some space limitations such as narrow doors, small TVs, narrow plates and a bathroom with few amenities.The breakfast is plentiful but not very varied, counting on the basic options of a classically Brazilian breakfast.It is ideal for spending one or two nights, as an option for people on the move.
