The only plus of the hotel is the location. Staff unprofessional. The owner is uncultured. The rooms are old, not brought into the hotel since its inception. Shower enclosures leak water on all sides. Food average. The rooms smell of cigarette smoke and socializing rooms. if you want to rest before 12 o'clock there is no peace (midnight). For this price you get a much better arranged accommodation.

Katastrofa

Very nice hotel, at least for us. Some 5-6 years ago we reserved a three day stay at this hotel with the voucher and it was not expensive, a mere price. When we arrived they showed us our parking place and our room and helped us with the baggage and the ski equipment. Rooms were cosy, pleasant, kinda rustical, very clean and warm. Beds were very comfortable. The staff at the desk was very pleasant and nice to talk to. Food was great too. Eventhou we had special food requirements, the lady cook, I think that was the owner's wife, had no problem with that. Very nice lady indeed. The lodge area is nice to sit in, to have a cofee and watch the fireplace. Ski tracks and lifts are nearby. It would have been good if the hotel had a small pool and sauna.

Nice and cosy stay at this hotel

We stayed at Snjesko as part of a tour by Ski Sarajevo (which was fantastically organised).  The owner and staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive.  There was a lovely log fire to sit by at night where the bread is cooked, and sometimes delicious chicken for dinner!  All meals were excellent with plenty of choice and large portions available (buffet style).  Drinks selection was also good, and good value.

The hotel is located very close to the slopes, just a few minutes walk to the foot of the slopes and the lifts.  There are also some nice bars and eateries nearby (recommend the Vatra pizza at Vatra!)

I would definitely stay again and recommend to others, we had private en suite rooms which were perfect for our stay.

Nice location Nice people, very kind. cozy place. nice and thin rooms. normal price. nice place to visit in summer weather skiing.

Food was terrible, room were never cleaned during our stay. Employes are extremely confused. Some of them very rude including the place owner. No servise of any kind. Furniture is in pretty good condition but it seems no one has ever fix anythig there. Shower were broken as well as most of the other things. Location is ok but that's about it.

The prople who own, work and maintain this small hotel are not interesting in making any service or business what so ever!
