Attentive hosts, who will fulfill every wish in the best way possible. Very beautiful, spacious rooms with a great view of the Oettal mountains. Ideal for a quiet hiking or cycling holiday. Even with a rich breakfast, no wishes remain open!

This is a great place to stay.

Everything is made of wood, aesthetically finished in the smallest detail. As soon as you arrive you are greeted very warmly by the two owners. Due to the bad weather we arrived very late: during the journey we had telephoned to warn of a possible delay and they were very willing to wait for us. I felt like at home. Breakfast is very good (affected, brioche, eggs, fruit.....just ask) The country is isolated and very quiet, ideal for those who want to stay away from the noise of the streets. Recommended!!!!

The house in the middle of forest and mountains is super modern and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is diverse, regional and delicious. Lena and Stefan are totally attentive and create everything to make a holiday perfect. We are happy to come back!

Beautiful modern woodhouse with superb hosts

Beautiful accommodation with a wonderful view of the mountains. A delicious breakfast, which also caters to special requests such as chicken, meat salad, etc. The rooms, including the balcony, are clean, large and smell like wood:) Quiet location in the middle of the mountains at 1400 meters. Right behind the house is the starting point for many hiking routes. We really enjoyed the last evening with the lovely hosts Leni and Stefan, with whom we enjoyed the sunset together on the terrace at a good bread time. Before returning home, we bought a delicious black bear meal from the yard.

It's a dream!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights in August and absolutely loved it. The warm welcome from Allen’s, the beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast made the stay unforgettable. I can only recommend this property :)

Fantastic accommodation and amazing host

Rooms, views, breakfast, service, cottage tours, always top. We've been here in summer and winter, skiing too. Tours to the surrounding area and beyond are very varied and there's something for every type of hiker.

Familiar. Great breakfast with homemade ham and jam. Breads and pastries came fresh from the baker. In bad weather we ate in a cozy room, in good weather out on the terrace overlooking the mountains. So some 4 star hotels can cut a slice. Room decor with a lot of love in detail. Look clean. The warmth and enormous helpfulness of the hosts, Lena Steffan. We got you in the heart right away.

Unusual - Dreamy

Very nice room with balcony and mountain view. Excellent lunch. A peaceful and quiet location (but a narrow and winding road to get there).

It's a great stay.

We booked the wooden garden in a very short time (20 minutes before arrival) and were greeted by a surprised but very warm Lena. From the outside, you fall in love with the house! Then comes the lovely facilities and the gigantic view. The breakfast is fantastic and Lena takes care of each guest lovingly. Here everyone gets their breakfast cheese just as he would like it.;-) In addition, we also enjoyed a stefan free wild grill. Simple delicious! We felt very comfortable with Lena and Stefan and were enthusiastic about the hospitality. We will definitely come back!

With Stranger Friends

For one weekend we visited Lena and Stefan in one of the 3 double rooms. We had the bear room, which is in the blockhouse's EG. The reception was open, warm and with a radiant laugh. We knew immediately: we like it here! The wooden house (which the two of us have designed to our own liking) is higher in height and offers a beautiful view. The air is fantastic and the quiet is just great. We had the bear room, which is in the blockhouse's EG. With a wonderful comfortable bed, cute welcome bedding, heart-snapserl and a private bathroom with shower. The rooms were super clean, very lovingly decorated and not furnished with wood and had a long feeling of gratitude.
