This is the third time we've been here, twice in summer and once in winter. This summer we've had a shower and a bathtub, but this is the first time we've had a child (two and a half years old). We're back in apartment 1, which is on the ground floor. Perfect in summer as in winter, the parking lot is right next to the apartment, so you can easily get to the living room/dining room door by car. It's equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, the kitchen is enough and also so equipped that you can cook well. The beds in the bedroom look big and comfortable and in the living room/dining room you can spend the evenings comfortably.

Great apartment for a great vacation

When I was looking for accommodation in Zelden in a free house, I found that it was a very nice place to stay, but it was very convenient for the two of us. We found a large 50 square meter apartment on the first floor with a nice family room, the Pia und Luigi Gstrein, and Caroline, who were in touch with Caroline. The house, as far as I understand, was a new building from 2015, 4* apartments. Everything was done carefully and at the stated level. We got a large area of 50 square meters on the first floor with the possibility of going straight out to the bedroom and the living room.

It's the beginning of winter.

All expectations were met. Very nice landlords who are very open and have many helpful tips for us. Super bread service and the apartment were all you needed for such a nice ski holiday. At 3 p.m. after skiing you can enjoy the home-owned sauna.

Super apartment for a perfect ski holiday

We were in an apartment with six people. The rooms were all newly furnished, of the same size and each with its own bathroom and access to the outside. The kitchen was fully equipped except for a bakery. There were also bikes and saunas, and every morning bread service. The owners were very friendly and could give us a start-up at the end of the holidays. The elevator is within walking distance. The rooms were incredibly warm, this could only be regulated through the windows.

Perfect ski accommodation

Very nice new apartment, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with shower and bath. Every two days the sauna is heated. It's nice you can also see it all over the kitchen in the hallway. The hosts are also very kind and helpful. How can you introduce Pia to a new stay in the house very well

Vacation in Paradise

Great place. Stunned that it didn't have an oven though. Owners really helpful. Great ski locker. High spec building short walk to the glaisakogel. You've got to try the steak house nearby, possibly the best I've ever eaten.

Quality as well as convenient

Luigi's house is relatively central in Sölden. The gondola is within 3 minutes' walk of everything (restaurant, taxi, bread service, etc.) and not like other hostels where payment is made on the day of arrival and then a very modern and good outfit. The owner welcomed us and explained the most important things quickly. What we felt very positive was that the billing took place only the day before departure (restaurant, tax, bread service, etc.) and not like other hosts where payment is made on the day of arrival and then a very good outfit. The apartment was very clean, the living room and the bathroom were very modern.

It's just top

We have only just stayed here 2 days ago and we're sorry to leave. Just 2 mins walk from the Gaislachkogelbahn (mountain cable car) in the centre of Solden. You can see this lit up at night from the apartment and it makes a lovely site against the mountain backdrop as the sun goes down! Caroline and Luigi Gstrein are wonderful hosts and we were made very welcome indeed. Caroline speaks really good English so communication and good tips for a great holiday are no problem. An Oetztal Premium Card is included in the rental price that gives you free bus travel, ski/cable car lift travel and swimming pool access, Aqua Dome in Langenfeld and Area 47 in Oetz plus lots more to loads of places and attractions in the Oetz Valley. We took full advantage of this - used the local Freizeit Area (Swimming pool), daily cable car rides & bus trips,  mountain bike hire, booked a guided trip to the glaciers above Vent ( hard work but well worth it) etc, etc,
The apartment is superbly equipped and is almost new as the whole house was only completed in 2010 - we enjoyed looking at the photo montage of Haus Pia being built. 
The views from our apartment ( 3 bedroomed one) were stunning and the balcony went round  2 sides so we followed the sun all day and evening. The beds are comfortable and the towels are fluffy. They have a sauna which we didn't use as the weather was very warm, but I'm sure it's fantastic after skiing ! 
In Winter there are ski boot and walking boot warmers / dryers and ski storage.
Caroline was happy for use to leave our hiking boots and outdoor coats here ( just inside the front porch) It is very secure with a keyed locks for the front door and your apartment door - all pre-programmed. Vey modern. 

Caroline will order fresh bread, rolls, croissants etc for your breakfast ( pay at the end of your stay) these are outside your apartment by 7am and this enabled us to prepare picnic lunches for our travels and days out. 
There is a local Spar shop only 10 mins walk away for bit & pieces - we stopped there to stock up on essential before we arrived (Good tip). 
The appartment was cleaned 3 times during our 7 day stay, bins emptied, fresh towels & dishwashing tablets etc. 
This is a superior apartment and the owners are lovely - you will not be disappointed !
We only wished we had stayed longer......as soon as we can fix some holiday dates we'll be happy to book again!

Great quality and stay in lovely apartment in great Solden location

Very nice house close to cable car and bus station. Lovely hotel-level service from the owners. Ideal for hiking trips with the free Ötztal PremiumCard.

Modern apartment in a quiet yet central location!

Living: We lived in these apartments in February 2012. Apartments on the second floor for 4-6 people. Everything is clean, shiny and shiny. All the furniture and equipment is absolutely new. Very nice hosts. We arrived at 11 pm and the hostess herself met us and showed us everything. In the apartments there is everything necessary. Changing of bed linen and towels was 2 times in 2 weeks. So 2 times we were given new dishwasher cartridges. 3 times a week on the first floor of the sauna.
