The hostel itself is very beautiful and is very well maintained and the room that touched us was more beautiful than what we saw in the photos, with a privileged location. The only thing that can be constructively criticized is that it improves the breakfast system, since it takes a long time to wait for you and you waste a long time going to the beach. Now, the real problem is that one of the cleaners is not able to attend to the public due to their bad intentions. We want a surcharge of extra towels (which we never told ourselves that we should subscribe and dared to say that we should communicate beforehand about wrapping, which is false) and we decided that we were not going to stop working because the room was a desolate place.

They charge you for the white clothing service and abuse teenage girls.

I made a solo trip to Pinamar for a weekend. I was rented a room that did not meet basic amenities such as wifi, hot water shower and tranquility (it was located next to a brewery that prevents resting at night, especially on weekends). Pay for the total number of days when entering the room. When I met with all these details, I asked for a compensation or solution and was offered a room that met my requirements but was more expensive or retired. Of course I retired. I never return to a place like this again and with these policies of behavior with customers. Missing guests should inform themselves before selling a room. The owner of a tea, I refund one of the ones that left me when I had to pay for the 4 hours of entrance fee.

Too many posters for low customer service.

Really a cozy place and with the good disposition and attention of Ana María at the reception and all the time Carina!!exquisite breakfast cakes, everything homemade and fresh.Clean of 10 thanks to Abi y x being attentive to the needs during our stay.It's the second season we're going with teenagers and we'll continue to go.Excellent location.Thanks to everyone X

A hostel with a history located almost in front of the sea..although its category is two stars, they are only reflected in edible details, which are compensated by the price, its exquisite breakfasts, the calm and relaxed atmosphere, the attention and willingness of its staff, the cordiality of Cristina and Ana Maria, finally, TODO makes my next visit to Pinamar come back.

Simplicity and warmth in front of the sea...

The people in charge of the place are extremely empathetic and respectful of the needs and demands of their visitors.In our case, they provided us with much more than we would have expected, in a selfless and extremely kind way.We are more than grateful and will forever remember the place as well as that they have allowed us, sponsored and provided us with a wonderful outdoor space from their accommodation to entertain our little girl on her birthday.

Dedicated attention, excellent location.

What stands out most is the attention of Abigail, Lidia and Maxi, always attentive, polite and correct, making my stay pleasant. The breakfast is very varied to be not only homey, rich and fresh! The common spaces are very pleasant and clean. The individual room, which is the one I had, I think....pleasant and not to mention the dimension as it is individual. I'm talking about the absolute and general deterioration of it. I'll never stay in room No. 16 again. Desconozco if everyone else is ugly. The location is excellent. Maybe I'll come back before the room is occupied. Thank you guys, I wish you the best!!

The best part is the warmth and quality of the staff.

The best location you can get is: 1 square of the sea, 1/2 square of the pub, super and perfumery, cross street and wait for Mattone (restaurant). In Belvedere you can enjoy a breakfast like at home, everything is homemade and fresh.I'll highlight Lydia's good disposition, Abigail's will, Karina's speed. Envy the view of the breakfast and the meeting point of the guests. We'll be back in February and we'll be sure to be in the next season.

A window to the sea.

Beautiful place full of details, warm. Very well located, a block from the sea and three from the center, very good attention from all the staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms, a rich and varied breakfast.

Vacations of rest

We had booked somewhere else where we stayed for 20 minutes, and by chance we found this one. Price is excellent quality. We parked in room 3: clean, bright and the bed super comfortable (the other rooms smashed and gave me the feeling that they don't all have the same standard) breakfast is fine: coffee, toast, fruit and some baked goods. The staff is super friendly and breathes a divine calm. The view from the common area is a big plus.
