Surely someone has reviewed this place since 2018? Well, if not, here goes…

We booked a cabin (cabaña) on AirBnB and read between the lines that it was part of a mini low-key resort right on the banks of the Mendoza River.

Route 7 is a very long road, stretching from at least Mendoza to Chile, so we were worried about finding it. Google maps got us right to the entrance - set back on a dusty track after you’ve past the Potrerillos reservoir (if travelling from Mendoza).

Arriving on 03/04 we were definitely out of season and had the place pretty much to ourselves. The staff were still very attentive and we could have eaten in the restaurant (pizzas, steaks, salads) and swum in the pool (10.30-20.00). Prices were fine (8,500 pesos for a meal - £8.50).

The cabin (number 12) was a magnificent beast! Huge for 4 of us, and all wood so it smelled lovely and had interesting nooks and crannies everywhere. Two bathrooms! And we had a BBQ area, and three separate decks overlooking the river. It was beyond fabulous. 

Kitchen facilities were fine - the usual hot plates, counter-top even, kettle and toaster. Had a fridge too.

But the view. The river. The stars. 

I could live here. What more can I say?

First review since 2018?

The food is the worst I've ever tasted, I don't know if they had any inconvenience that weekend but they did a job that was really unattainable and a very poorly earned tapas entry, I had to return it. I didn't like the attention or the food. It's a shame because the place is picturesque and has a lot of potential, but if you notice that it's very poorly managed. In the breakfast served riotous dishes in one, you should use refud/cheffing dishes because otherwise you always eat cold at the buffet service. The hot milk was in the oven but this electricity was not so cold, the coffee service was so cold.

Much remains to be improved.

The cabins with very old furniture. The beds with bad and very small mattresses. The shower was dirty. The common areas were very poorly maintained. The breakfast was very basic. It is worth noting that the cabin had an excellent heating system.

There is no going back.

The dining room has everything necessary for an optimal stay. I was with my two children aged 5 and 7 years old. Ten plaza, for trekking, resting or simply letting you go to the banks of the Mendoza river. The dining room has a swimming pool and restaurant where the attention is very good even though they had some disadvantages with the chef, they solved it excellent, with a little more or less delay always the breakfast, lunch or dinner was present.

Excellent location the well-maintained cabins and excellent services the well-groomed vegetation and landscape along the river to enjoy listening to the water.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday the days were lovely, the attention was very good, we enjoyed the river and hiking.

Very good stay with my partner. Excellent location, restaurant, spa. Everything super recommended. The care of the staff is the best!!! Thank you!!! We will return safely. The price ratio quality is very good!!!!

Excellence TODO is the name of the game.

Very nice place. It's quiet and peaceful. It's accessible from the route. It has a children's square and a riverfront hike with tables and chairs to use. The cabins are equipped with cleaning elements as well. There's only a Wi-Fi signal in the restaurant and it's a bit slow.

A nice place to disconnect.

A place to relax and forget about everything. Well-equipped cabins. Quizzes to improve the cleanliness of the room a little more by the staff in charge of it. Super recommended. Price/quality reasonable.

Peace be with you.

Beautiful place, with a unique setting. The complex is very nice, the pool area and restaurant are very nice. The staff was nice. The breakfast is very good. The cabins are well equipped and are comfortable enough for the stay. The best is the predio, beautiful.

Genius is a genius.

It's the third time we're going, we love the place, we're four, the only thing that would improve is the fridge, a low meal for four is a little bit of a girl.
