Stayed at Hampton Inn Downtown Brooklyn for 2 nights during my last business trip. Hotel is well located and a nice and easy option for a mid budget hotel. Rooms are okay sized for the price and the maids do a good job. Now, at the front desk you will find a woman called Ki. This woman’s authentic and genuine warmth and friendliness, along with her absolute WORLD CLASS customer service, took our stay from good to amazing! Thank you Ki. As a professional touring musician for nearly twenty years, I have stayed in my fair share of hotels. Never have I ever met this kind of genuine customer service. Make sure to be friendly with Ki, because then she will give you cutlery for your take-out when you need it.
