Fendi's Guest House

Real character guest house Friendly, good staff and excellent position with nearbe by restaurants and cafes. You can't go wrong for affordable accommodation.

Malang is a very good place too. Cooler climate and very clean. 


My 1st time staying here, was from my aunt suggest me to stay here. Outside looks like a normal house, then the staff at the front desk.. They're extremely friendly. If you been to Tugu hotel in Malang, this is like a mini version of it. So homey, comfy and the rooms are clean. 

They will come to your room to ask about your breakfast (deliver to your room by the way) delicious !! 

Area wise, aaah . . If you love culinary, then this is the perfect street for you! Gang Djangkrik for non halal food, Depot Wedari serve the most delicious noodle soup and Bakso Gun and many more.. 

Definitely will return to this guesthouse again.

Realistic price; spotless clean building, convenient locations; helpful staff. These are the main factors when considering an ideal hotel when on vacation.

A lovely little home-style hotel that brought back memories of the old days, with classic furniture thoughtfully laid out throughout the property. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were fast, efficient, and even offered us different room categories and rates. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of shops and groceries. A pleasant and nostalgic stay.

The place was booked by our cousin and didn't know what to expect as we checked in really late on the day, which is a big help considering we woken the receptionist at 4am.

A perfect guest house; very comfortable with large room for the family, we got the executive suite and the price was just right for a 4 days stay. Staff is friendly and helpful to ensure your needs and comforts are met.

The place is clean with lots of heritage indo-dutch memorabilias from the hotel's owner, very family oriented and guests are welcome to use the rest of the house to hold small talks and even group make-up session (well, there were 12 women being made-up in the middle of the place for a wedding, odd yet familiar).

Well recommended to stay here for long, location is great, amenities are close by, small parking are though and breakfast is en-suite therefore need to order the night before (only 3 items on the menu).

This house reminds me of my grandpa's house because the owner is also of Indo Dutch heritage like me. We chatted a bit about our lives. The house has quaint furniture, old Dutch and Chinese porcelain, a couple of lovely corners in the well-appointed garden where I loved to travel back into my childhood time or do online business. The rooms however were big, functional and sufficiently equipped but simple compared to the other parts of the house. For instance I had trouble to find power points and toilet paper only given on request(!!!). The bathroom is very basic compared to other guest houses, the shower straight over the toilet which makes the bathroom wet. The floor was dirty and the boy admitted that he forgot to clean it. I reluctantly used the bathroom. Tip: aim the shower head towards the wall to avoid the bathroom flooding. Otherwise the guest house is located in the well-known food area of Malang and near the prestigious Ijen Boulevard

Loved this place. 

Five stars guest house

Very nice dutch hall, decoration and staff but it looked like they ran out of money for the rooms. Very basic and not clean! Not even shampoo for showering. Also got lots of bugs in the room (ants, mosquitos and a worm). You get breakfast served at your room but that was not very good. We stayed for one day and I don't think you would like to stay there any longer then that.

Very nice looking but bad rooms

Arrived here after a long day of driving. Looked promising from the outside and ay the reception desk. Rooms were however a disappointment. Bathroom not clean and moldy, beds not made up and we could hear every word that was said outside the room. Staf were very friendly though.
