This is a very good hotel in South Banyuwangi,,,,,, with satisfactory service and very complete facilities,,,,, and I will definitely stay again at the New Surya Hotel if I travel to Banyuwangi again......💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻


The best hotel in South Banyuwangi.There's a swimming pool with clean water and a cozy restaurant.Wide parking area.The staff is friendly and very helpful.Perfect for relaxing with family or friends♡♡

From airport around 45 minute, have pool and food price reasonable ( for dinner-room service), room condition clean, ac & wifi is good. One of recommended hotel in banyuwangi. Pool area is use not private, so not recommended if we would like to swim, many student

Untuk room superior and deluxe amazing bgt room nya nyamannnn. Untuk room standart sebelum sebelumnya good , but untuk tg terakhir stay ini dapet kamar yang kurang bagus (ini bcs aku early checkin) dapet room yang ditemboknya kotor but ngga semua cuma beberapa spot aja need maintenance, gaada dressing mirror (if this bcs i did early checked in  , this room supposed to have dressing mirror no? And every room supposed to have dressing mirror even if i did early checkin or no) 


About one hour drive from Bali ferry and Banyuwangi train station at Genteng. Rooms range from cheap and tidy for IR 250000 Au$25 to IR 500000 for a spacious executive one. Good breakfast included. Has a Olympic size swimming pool alongside restaurant. Even selling Bintang beer in Moslem territory, a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended if you need accommodation  in the area.

I stayed for one night for my friend wedding at Banyuwangi. We chose this hotel from friend's recommendation and made our reservation days before. I checked in about 9 PM and they gave us key but not walked us to our room. Neither of us knew this hotel. We got room number 302, the last building on the site. 

The room was so spacious and the bathroom was OK. That wasn't a smooking room, but they allow guest to smoke in front of the room. An ashtray for each room would be very help for smoker like me. 

My room was a twin bed setup room, with two 120cm each bed. That was huge! We were so glad to get those beds. The bath room amenities just like a 3* hotel but they need to fix shower water pressure. I think they should arrange a star hotel arrangement for boosting their sales. But of course, they need put a telephone in the room. We were laughed a lot like a bunch of crazy people because we cannot understand the function of room service menu while we cannot call anyone for that service. 

I was pleased for their hospitality, especially for Mas Iwan in reception. We had a good conversation and was trully helped me. Then me and my friends, got our supper in the resto. I ordered bihun goreng and it tasted 6/10. Acceptable. But you should try their lumpia, that was the best snack we ordered. 

The breakfast was so so. There were only few dishes but they have a live egg corner. The restaurant located on poolside, we can see swimmers during our breakfast. There was many family and kids. The pool is free for 2 pax staying guest per room. They have a spacious ballroom in the area too, it could do up to 700 pax standing party. 

We weren't expected much for this hotel but surely we were wrong. I will recommend you to try this hotel for their affordable price, spacious room. 

Really big and clean room which are great to stay in. Big swimming pool with cafe and restaurant to chill out beside. Not so much to do in the immediate surrounding area (by foot) but a nice place for a stopover if passing through

Was disappointed in the room, very small and to upgrade was very expensive and no breakfast included even though it stated bteakfast included on all situs and the brochure on hotel reception. Staff were very helpful and a big shout out to Robert the gardener who rembered me from my visit to the hotel in 2017 also.

We've been there for holiday. The room was ok. Nothing special and not bad. The food was good. But the service quality was poor. Almost in every area. The front office was not friendly, the housekeeping have no standard of greeting, the FB service was lack of smile and busy of their own. So do not expect friendly, helpfull and thoughtfull service here.
