We just booked with them today for our upcoming trip from June 26-June29 We made some error with our choice for the room. We should have to pay cancellation fee but after we contacted their staffs and discuss about it. They are willing to work it out and promise that they will remove the cancellation fee when we arrive. That's what I call customer service and they really know how to do business. Thump up for them :)) Nam Phuong family :)
