764 reviewsWe have used VBH for many of our stays and now we used them to book our bus to travel to Cambodia. Something happened with the bus company they used to book us with and came 3pm the bus was meant to get us. VBH called the company and the bus company had got the dates confused with the day after and had left without us... nightmare. Charlie was very helpful and tried to diffuse the situation looking for other companies to try and take us, he got us a drink out of his own pocket whilst we were waiting to hear back from other companies and made us feel at ease. Eventually they managed to find another company leaving at 4pm and got us in that one. He walked us to the location of the company and took all of the hassle out of it. Thank you Charlie for saving our ass.
