The staff in the reception is very friendly and professional at the same time. They made our bookings both to Sapa and to Ha Long Bay; the luggage storage, one suitcase for four nights was free,- just given some extra tips :) The rooms and the breakfast are in good standart. The room for second stay was especially very good!:) The hotel location is very central, and there are many restaurants and bars nearby.
