Wafaifo is a new resort hotel in Hoi An and as such its cleanliness was expeceted and delivered. Staff were very friendly even though they struggled with their English at times. Pool, breakfast and spa were all good. A better rotation of b/f items would be helpful to long stay customers and a wider dining menu would also be nice. These were said without any discredit to the staff.Duc the manager was very helpful with assisting my family's room and transport needs. He was always at hand to provide support and recommendations. Will recommend.
