The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable - just what we needed after travelling for a long time. Staff is eager to make you feel welcome. You might need to get used to the Asian breakfast if you prefer European/Western food but the staff offered to buy eggs and toast for us which was lovely!

Good & comfortable

My family stays in 4VIP rooms.The rooms are big and clean.However the staffs here cant really speak English.They will use translation apps to communicate with you. No tissue paper in the room.Not located in the hustle bustle location but it is near to a local market.More local tourists stay in this hotel compare to foreigners. More suitable for travelers with kids.

The staff were nice and did their jobs. The rooms were clean but not really that nice. The one we got had a small window with a view of a wall, and there was some kind of problem with the hot water. They said it didn't work at night but then we bothered them for long enough and they turned on the heater or whatever.

I was basically looking for a nice and clean room which has a good size. And this is what I good. Not more. Staff didn't speak English, breakfast was poor and hotel is not in a good location. But there is a nice market nearby. But I would still recommended everybody else to find a place closer to the river.

Very clean rooms, Koordination breakfast.

Stayed here one night as part of a Mekong Delta tour and floating markets.
Accomodation was suppose to be a 3* however I would state it's a 1*. 
Room was clean but outdated and old, only had a small window. Beds were hard and the breakfast was very poor. Staff don't speak English and the location was down a dodgy street with Karoke and massages parlours that give terrible massages and try and scam you for more money. I wouldn't stay here again.
