Great looking apartment, very stylish! Occasional noise from the apartment above, the ceiling insulation is not great and you can hear every step from the apartment above. Other than that, an awesome looking apartment in a great location!

Spacious!  Liked there was a full bath for both rooms.  I would definitely stay here again.  Very clean and nothing needed.  We rented a car which was a waste of money.  Everything is walkable.  Uber if you have one of those places if you feel it’s too far to walk (still cheaper than renting a car). This place is central to everything.

Great location walking distance to all historical food and drinking locations, great amenities! The only negative no dresser to put clothes in. But everything else awesome!

Love the brick walls, great area, easy to get to. Would definitely comeBack.

The Grant was in a great location downtown Savannah.  It was clean and had had a great industrial design.

This is great location to see many sites on foot. Excellent food and shops in the area. We felt safe during our whole stay.

Great location, good communication and wonderful accommodations.

We were a family of five who wanted to stay in the historical district close to restaurants and acticivities. We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was spacious. It was well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine etc which was great for us travellibg with children. We can definitaly recommend this stay to others. The only minor complaint is that it is quite noisy from the hallway and from the outside. For us ut wasnt an issue, but if you want something very quiet, this place night not be for you.

Pros:Prime Location: The hotel's central location was a major highlight. It was easy to walk to all the key attractions, saving us both time and money on parking. We parked in a public garage for the entire weekend and it was a lifesaver. It allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the city without worrying about parking.Well-Appointed Rooms: The room was clean and well-equipped with a kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays.Free Laundry: The free laundry facilities was a great convenience, especially for longer trips.Safe Neighborhood: We felt safe walking around the downtown area, which added to the overall positive experience.Cons:Noisy Environment: While the location was fantastic, the hotel itself could be quite noisy. The thin walls and doors meant that we could hear noise from other guests at all hours of the day and night.No 24/7 help desk. No one to call or speak to if you have a probelm or need something. I only received a text prior to checking in and the day before we checked out.

This property was better than expected.  It was clean and spacious and had all the amenities you would need.  It is truly walkable to any location.  It is a busy area with a lot of nightlife and can get noisy, particularly if there is a singer/band playing next door.  If you dont mind that, it is perfect.  Just a recommendation, a full body mirror would be so great.

The Grant is in the perfect location.  It is just a block from Johnson Square, where almost all of the tours we took started.  It is right in the middle of some great shopping, all of the historic sights, so many restaurants, and all of the beautiful squares.  We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed.  The elevator was a nice amenity.

We had a great two night stay at this property. Communication and instructions on check in/access to the building and room were great. Everything was easy from beginning to end. Our two bedroom apartment was amazing, very roomy, nice interior, recently remodeled. Everything we needed was provided. Our proximity to the elevator made it a little noisy, but it didn’t really bother us. The location is great! We walked everywhere and the neighborhood is trendy, lots of shops and restaurants. We used a parking garage just a couple blocks away, price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

The space was very comfortable and great location. We were three girlfriends in for a long weekend so the fact that we were so centrally located in a walkable area was key.  There was some street noise from Broughton Friday and Saturday night, but that was to be expected in such a prime area. Communication was great with easy check in/out. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Location for a Long Weekend

wonderful stay at the grant! was very cozy and i loved how close it was to everywhere i wanted to go during my time in Savannah. my only concern was locking the door from the inside, even if i turned the lock on the door i could still open the door so there was no way of really knowing if it was locked from the outside? we had no issues anyway but did spook me a tiny bit! all in all it was a great and quiet stay.

Super cute place! Perfect place for gathering since we had people from all over. Kitchen was great for making meals but tons of restaurants near by. LOVED the bathrooms and massive showers. Location was perfect for everything to do in Savannah! Will definitely be booking this place again on our next visit.

Everything was great. The only problem was the disrespect and disregard of another party staying at the Swan. I understand paper-thin walls, but to have a literal party until 4am is outrageous. I am hoping it will be resolved to my satisfaction.The facilities were comfortable and well appointed. I would recommend providing local police with the access code for safety and comfort.
