When we got there they tried to charge me more for the room. We had already paid through Expedia. The room was dirty and had 1 towel in there with half a roll of Toilet Paper. The shower was filthy. I don't think they cleaned the room well. The Cover's had a stain on it, I just through it on the floor.

DIRTY

my dad stayed here and it was horrible the rooms are trash, i went to open the dresser and the whole door fell off there was spiders in the room. he eneded up going to the hospital and he left his walker and breathing machine and shoes in the room and they threw it in the garbage, i called the lady a few choice words and she said same to me, i would NOTrecommend this place to know one it is nasty and they are rude

I checked in to this motel for just a quick over night. It’s a bad sign the start with when you go to the reception office and it’s locked, with very dirty glass doors.  Checked in at the office while smelling what they were having for dinner in the back....
Got my key and went to my room.  Very shoddy remodel done in bathroom. 
Layer on the bed, and noticed no bedside lamps. Only ceiling lights that shine right in your eyes!  Brilliant planning!  Some people do not belong in this business. 
Noticed my pillowcase had greasy smudges on it.  Gross but I went to the office and exchanged them. 
Then went to dinner down the street.  Came back and turned on the annoying ceiling lights above the bed.  Looked over and noticed another really nasty pillowcase, this one with what looked like fried chicken crumbs and oily stain on it.  Went to the office and told the. I was leaving and wanted my money back. Owner refused and wanted to put me in another squalorific room.  I said no and went across the street.  I didn’t get my money back from credit card or the owner.  But glad I left.  I told the owner this is not acceptable.

Nasty

The price for value seemed high, but it was 1/3 of the cost to other motels in area for same night, so maybe it was within acceptable range for the area at this time of the year. The WiFi connection was good, shower good, and bed very good. No hangers in closet, and no coffee pot, but there was a frig and microwave.

Spontaneous overnight stay

This post is from my Sister and her husband that lived on Edegewood Lane in Paradise and were lucky to get out alive.                                              Warning fellow evacuees DO NOT rent a room at the Budget inn at 1475 Feather River blvd in Oroville. We have 4 inches of feces in our shower. The plumber cleared the lines in our room and left. The shower drained and the manager or owner told me the plumber was supposed to scrub the shower and she said OMG and walked back up to her home. We spent $90 and can't shower or use the toilet because it's a bio hazard. Super sad to be treated this way. We lost everything! We just paid for simple comfort and didn't get it!!! They are PRICE GOUGING as well. In talking to other evacuees, we all paid different prices for our rooms!!! SHAME ON YOU BUDGET INN!

Bio Hazard, Price Gouging evacuees from Paradise, CA FIRE!

This place is a home run. I was skeptical at the low price. But, it was recently updated. Vinyl floors, paint, bath was spacious, satelite tv, friendly and helpful staff.  Housekeeping staff are very nice and greeted us.  Offered to assist for anything.  Lots of parking.  Applebees and Waffle Shop just down the street. Cornucopia cafe around the corner next to on ramp.  i have no complaints.  This place was surprisingly clean.
