My family had an interruption to our travel plans and had to DRIVE to Miami from NYC for our cruise last minute! Thank God we were able to still get our return flight home. The ride was brutal and we arrived at Pullman at 6:50 a.m. on April 11th. I went in, exhausted, and met a wonderful angel by the name of Jariza. I explained we had just drove 16hours and would pay whatever to get a room early to bathe and lay down. There weren't any at the moment but she stated she would take our luggage to store and she would call me as soon as something became free. I went to the parking lot and felt defeated by no ones fault just my fatigue. I was about to doze off in the car and decided to take the luggage inside as offered. As soon as I walked back in (20 min) she called me by my name and said I was just about to call you. I have a room ready for you!!!! I cried. Not only did she help in a tremendous way then but during my entire stay she continued to greet me like family. I am so glad I chose this hotel and it is also very beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.
