All the ammenities needed for a great stay. The washer and dryer was a great plus.

This property is the perfect location to walk to the beach. Nice scenery from the balcony for both mountain and ocean views. Would come here again.

4th floor condo with great balcony and views of the beautiful sunsets. Lots of beach toys and cooler. Would stay here again. Mahalo

The location is excellent. The accomodations are very adequate but starting to show some wear. For the price it is an excellent deal and I recommend the property.

Had a great stay here. Five minute walk to Kama’ole beach where we had an excellent snorkeling experience. Bring in Kihei we were a short walk from anything we needed. The apartment has beach gear that we made great use of and were very grateful for. All in all a good stay. My only recommendation for the unit we were in would be to upgrade the bed in there. I found it to be stiff and any time my partner or I moved it seemed to shake the entire bed. This did not have a big effect on our stay but would have made it even better.

This place is in a perfect location. The beach is across the street. Restaurants and gift shops are within walking distance around the corner. It's quiet and peaceful at night. Very very Nice!!

Location was awesome. Property well maintained.

Great location, beach-ready apartment.

The property was great, lots of plants, birds and right across from the beach and a few restaurants within a block from the property. The groundskeeper/security guard was pretty rude (the old white guy always wearing black) but the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Contactless check-in was easy, and the gal at the desk was helpful when I stopped in for a few questions. The condo was great, ours had everything we needed including items to use at the beach.

I’d stay again

The location is fantastic.   You can find everything walking distance. The view from the balcony is beautiful.  They don't provide enough toiletries for long stays. Also It is inconvenient that check in is at 3pm, but the main office closes at 4pm. If you arrive after 4, you have to download an application on your phone or device in order to get a code and be able to get in to the room. Who really wants to go through this inconvenience after a long flight.

Nice location because you can walk a block to the beach. The place had 2 pools and a full kitchen. The AC didn't reach the bedroom too well, put with the fans back there it was fine. The grounds are kept super nice and we had free parking. The bathtub drain was kind of slow. There were lots of restaurants nearby that you could walk to or a 3 minute drive away. The beaches nearby were superb with fish, turtles and nice calm waves.

The location of this condo could not have been much better. It is right across the street from a nice beach and right next to all the main restaurants in the area. The condo itself was nice. My only complaint is, I wish they would have had beach towels. They say to pack your own but if you're traveling, most people dont have room for 2 or more giant towels in the luggage. They did provide beach chairs and umbrellas, that was nice. If you stay here, open all the windows in the living room and bedroom to get air flowing. The cool breeze keeps the condo at a nice temp. If it does get too hot, turn the portable ac on for a bit. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there.

Great location to the beach and restaurants

It was great but no air conditioning in the bedroom made it pretty hot and the sofa bed was impossible to sleep on and needs to be replaced. There were alot of cockroaches but not sure if that is typical for that area. Other than those items everything was great and even with those items when I go back to Maui I would stay there again I would just take bug spray. Location couldn't be better and we enjoyed very much

Well it was okay. The place is very close to the beach (few minutes away), however the condition of the 1 of the 2  rooms we booked  when we got there was not okay. The weather was really warm to humid, so we we’re hoping that the our room or unit has AC working. Though they have left a note for us that the Ac is not working and parts have been ordered for repair. We could have stayed at the other unit but since this unit is closer to the beach, we decided to stay here instead. Our overall stay was okay and nice as the place is closer to other establishments as well. The office person (Norma) was super accomodating and helpfull too.

Close to beach....

Asked for more toilet paper through their app. Didn't seem to work...ran our of toilet paper asked for  it on app they have you download  for stay.never got paper or shampoo. I should have called instead of using their app system. I asked to extend our check out time from 11am to 5pm, thankfully unit was available and we stayed till 5pm. $10 bucks extra per hour not bad!!! No body comes around for house keeping, i assume you have to call and request...never really needed it.. but when I did really need the toiletries I called and it was out of working hours at 5 pm, nobody works after 5 and you have to leave a message.

Comfortable stay nice view

I was a little weary about not having A/C in unit D209.  There were strong winds when we first got there so there was strong breezes through the unit and it was fine.  The last couple of days was more still and not as much breeze so it was a tad hot and uncomfortable.  Honestly, the ceiling fans helped but even just a couple of box fans to move the air and it would be fine.  The elevator right by the bedroom was no problem at all.  The condos are gorgeous and they even had a botanical walk we did that was great.  The office gave us a key to the pool so we could shower there after check out before our flight and that was very helpful (check out at 11 and we didn't have to be at airport for a few hours).  The pools are both nice.  It was a little confusing on how to get a parking permit and we didn't have that at first since we got there after the office was closed and we got a nasty little note.  It would be nice if the parking pass was left in the unit prior to check in just like the pool key is left there.This unit had beach chairs and umbrella which was nice to be able to take to beach right across the room (wish I would have found those sooner!)  And btw, the beach right across the street (#3) had the BEST snorkeling of all that we did.  So many sea turtles and great snorkelling.  Maybe that was just because it was the best weather on that day wehn we went there but it was tremendous.Unit could use a few more glasses but having the blender/stove/microwave was great!

Great views of beach, everything you need!

To my surprise when we arrived at the condos we were on the second floor unit D and from the lanai I had a view of the ocean. Every morning I woke up to a beautiful view. I also observed the pool and lawn caretakers and everything was kept very clean and the grounds so lovely. Very easy walk down the hill across the pedestrian crosswalk and right onto one of the best beaches in Maui!!!
