We have stayed here many times and this time was especially good. Our condo had a great view and the sun hit our deck. Yeah. Everything seemed cleaner than usual also. Thank you Brigantine for a great week!

We stayed in a upper level condo.  Stairs were somewhat difficult for my 81 year old father.  Plenty of room for the three of us.  2 BD, 2 BA with large living room and dining room.  Starter kit was plentiful the entire week.  Kitchen inventory was huge!  Comfy big and enormous master bath with too much space. Very peaceful South Carolina setting surrounded by pine trees. Gas grills, two pools, many gliders/swings for adults, two pools, and picnic tables.  Watched the golfers walk by looking for lost balls.  Saw alligators on the course too.  Call for fee bike rentals.  Short walk out the private gate and down the road to the beach.  Within walking distance to shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza.  Could have asked for a better location.   Have to check in a couple blocks away from resort at a management company, but we were in and out unlike waiting at some other time share locations. Very close to everything you could possibly need.   Don't forget to buy fresh fish or shrimp before heading over the bridge!

Very nice vacation rental in quiet area with lots of green space and a golf course out the back door! Villas are well appointed with comfortable furniture, fluffy pillows and well appointed kitchens! Beautiful Granite countertops in our villa, modern bathroom fixtures, ceramic floor and clean carpets are very nice to find in a vacation rental! I'm coming back soon!

This is a quiet laid back condo neighborhood.   The 2 bed room condo is well situated.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and own bathroom.  The other bedroom has 2 twin bed with an adjoing bathroom.
Kitchen is modern and well stocked.
Walking and biking trails.  Seems to have survived storm Matthew. 
There are pools and grills.
Short walk to the beach.

We have stayed here for many years. They have always been efficient, kind and friendly.  Quarters are clean and if you need anything they are right there. The maintenance man is great. Wish I had some one that quick to respond and friendly.   My only WISH!!  Furniture updated a little,the kitchens are fully stocked,  the other thing is I wish that the mattress pad was washed each time plus blankets. The last two things are my biggest wish. Other than my wishes, it is perfect, access to beach, close to stores everything you would like in a vacation rental ENJOY
