The free airport shuttle from LAX to the hotel was easy and convenient. I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for the Beyoncé concert on May 7th and when I first walked into the hotel, I was greeted by Engell, one of the hotel managers, with a friendly smile and he immediately asked if I was here for the concert! Automatically I felt welcomed and excited to be there. I booked a double queen on accident, but glad I did because the room was spacious, clean, and newly renovated. Later during my stay, I met Caroline who was equally kind and helpful. She helped me and my friends book a shuttle from the hotel to Sofi Stadium for the concert. She gave helpful tips on what to do before, during and after the concert. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The service was excellent, the location was convenient and because of my experience, I signed up to be a Hilton Honors member.

What was bad
I wish we knew the hotel has discontinued their airport shuttle. That was the primary reason we booked. However, they were very accommodating in getting us a ride there asap
