All very good generally , good value for money, but WIFI not up to scratch, service good, rooms good, parking adequate, so all v good except for WIFI..................................................................................

Great stay! Hotel is well maintained and clean. Room was nice and quiet and also well maintained! We paid for breakfast for both days and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. This is close to family so very convenient for us, great price! We will return!

Ellie, the receptionist was exceptional. She made us feel welcome upon arrival, dealt with an omission in a prompt and professional way, (one of our rooms was meant to be a twin, which had not been communicated to hotel staff, but Ellie efficiently sought to get her colleague to rectify). She was equally cheerful, friendly and helpful at breakfast, despite the fact she had clearly worked a back to back. She wasn't to know we were there to attend a family funeral, but she helped make a difficult time easier. Her colleague Jane was also good, we just didn't have the same opportunity to interact with her. The staff definitely made the experience, and in positive way.

The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and we were very impressed with the service we received from them. The rooms and catering etc were all we have come to expect from Premier Inn; to a very high standard and always consistently good. We will definitely return again!

Friendly efficient staff, comfortable room, good food, made to feel welcome. We were in Malvern to visit a sick family member. The welcome comfort and good food was just what we needed. This is our favourite among the premiere inns we have stayed in, though the stands in general in this chain are very high

Very well run and clean Premier Inn - I would stay again. Service was efficient and cheerful and room clean and quiet. The extra pillows were a nice touch and the fill it yourself tea and coffee made life easy. Food was good and breakfast very satisfying.

we fancied a few days at Malvern to do a bit of walking. From past experience we've learnt that Premier Inns meet our needs for a family stay. spacious, comfortable and clean rooms.  breakfasts and dinners are good too. the view from our room is not great, but the location of the hotel is excellent...just 10 minutes drive from some fantastic walks.  the hotel has plenty of free parking. one of the highlights of the Malvern Premier inn are the very friendly and helpful staff.

From manager Nathan’s initial greeting, through to the friendly efficient restaurant service from Lucy and Ellie, we had an excellent stay.
Chefs Dave and Gary are to be complimented on one of the best steaks I have ever eaten! Even better than one I had in The Ivy, Winchester.

There is plenty of parking and the hotel is as easy to find. The reception is quite small, but we were welcomed in a professional way by Nathan. Our room was very well maintained, perfectly clean and the bed was warm and comfortable. The restaurant is quite cosy, but had great service and food. The breakfast was good, the cook was constantly replenishing the hot food and Nathan and his team did a brilliant job keeping everything on track. Would go again. 

The staff were fantastic here at this hotel. They went above and beyond. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choice.
You won’t be disappointed with this Premier Inn. Clean and Tidy, organised and overall a great experience.

Excellent stay at Malvern Premier Inn!

Great location, an excellent hotel.

As usual you know what to expect from a Premier Inn, if you have stayed at one before. This one was no different. Although on the edge of a retail park the room was very quiet, clean shower and a comfy bed. Plenty of parking. Breakfast had the usual Premier Inn fayre, your order was taken and cooked to order, no problems as to what or how much you wanted, served in good time, well cooked and hot. A fair selection from the buffet as well. Will be happy to stay here again

One night only.

Here for 3 nights combined show/walking trip. Staff very helpful and courteous-room was clean and comfortable.
Overall this was a very pleasant stay, we had both breakfast and evening meals on two of our days and both service and food were excellent. 
The staff here were very very good. Patient, helpful and available/visible which in other places staff are noticeably absent. They had ‘issues’ with other guests but dealt with everything professionally and calmly. 
Pillows were a little hard for my preference and could not open the windows to cool the very warm room but the bed was very comfortable and our room very clean. Topping up our in room tea/coffee was no problem either. 
We wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again when we come back to Malvern-it was a great stay.

Great location, friendly helpful staff

We had a wonderful stay. The facilities were very well maintained and best of all, totally accessible, which isn't always easy to find given my partner's condition. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate a family gathering at breakfast. Great beds, good food, would definitely recommend if you want somewhere affordable and well run to stay for a few days!
