Excellent service and even a nice gift left in the room for us. Room was huge for our family of four. Comfy beds as always from Premier Inn. Friendly check in on arrival. Dinner and breakfast over in the Beefeater was ok - kids enjoyed it. Essentially everything we needed for our stopover

Travelled here with the family for half term. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable like usual premier inns. The receptionist was very friendly was very accommodating for the duration of our stay, and was happy to answer questions we had about the area. Thanks so much

Stayed here during school half term. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very short distance to Moors Valley Country Park. Kids had the best time in the Country Park. We did not use the restaurant next door. We enjoyed our stay here. We won’t hesitate to book again if we are in the area.

Stayed for a night before flying from Bournemouth airport. Ate in the pub attached, great food great value. Had a lovely bath then early to bed, slept really well up at 5am when it was nice to see two alert members of staff on duty, straight to the airport, perfect.

I want expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were amazing and liked being left to our own devices. Room was clean, inviting, and comfortable. I'll definitely be staying at another Premier Inn and when we travel to see friends in Dorset, this will be my first choice. 

Ferndown premier is an excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The location is very good. The rooms are very comfortable. Just a small point the WiFi is not great. Will definitely be staying again 

A very enjoyable stay, very friendly staff (nothing was to much), a very clean and tidy Premier Inn.
The Beefeater attached to this Premier Inn was very good, clean & tidy with friendly staff.
The car park & the Beefeater car park had a bit of litter and could have done with a litter pick. This was the only negative. 

We've been coming to the area for year's but this is the first time staying here but definitely won't be the last, its a great hotel good location central to all the visits we had and next door to a great pub Smugglers rest beefeater, food and service amazing 

Fantastic hotel! Staff are all friendly and efficient. Check in and out were smooth and efficient. The room was beautifully clean - not a speck on the mirrors! Bed was very comfortable - we both had a great nights sleep. Bayliss and Harding hand soap and body wash are a lovely touch. 
I especially liked the mirror with led light and hair dryer - so much nicer than just sitting at a desk to do your hair. 
Breakfast was very flavourful and had a large variety on option. Staff were very efficient and friendly in the Smugglers Haunt as well
Very much enjoyed our stay - will be returning!

Amazing

Enjoyable stay

 A very good stay, thank you Liam for a warm welcome and flawless check in.  I had an accessible room due to recent ankle surgery however the bathroom is poor for people with reduced mobility. The bath is lower but you still have to climb in for a shower. There are grab rails but these did not help a real safety issue. Also the ramp to the pub had a slab missing at the top which in the rain and dark was a serious hazard. 

Great value but check accessibility

Breakfast next door is awesome. Room very clean and tidy, but carpets are a bit stale smelling. We appreciated the small act of kindness from Chloe with a small packet of biscuits. Is it good to when we visit family in ferndown. We do recommend
