Warm, polite and friendly service. Lovely well cooked breakfast.  Comfortable bed with a clean  room. 

Really not far from town a great bus service nearby. Quiet setting. Carparking space. Easy to find. 

Lovely decorations on the wall!

Excellent food, excellent service, very friendly can’t fault it at all. Katie and Laura was very polite kind and helpful, they both deserve recognition, food was cooked to perfection, plenty of variety, even though the restaurant was under refurbishment.

The staff in the restaurant were brilliant: Katie, Gemma and Tim. They were great with my partner's allergy requirements. The breakfast was great. We always have a good stay in Premier Inn and the breakfast sets you up nicely for the rest of the day.

This is for the restaurant team of Katie and chef Tom. I was asked if I had any allergies and I explained I had coeliac disease. To which I was told I could have my breakfast cooked as opposed to using the buffet - to avoid any cross contamination. I received fresh cutlery aswell. My breakfast was cooked beautifully and I can not praise Katie and Tom enough for their attention to detail at what was a very busy breakfast.

Nice room, nice bed, good shower. Premier Inn have just taken over restaurant so the bar was closed for an evening drink. Cooked vegan breakfast very nice and filling. Good parking facilities and the lift was very useful.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay at this premier inn. Really friendly staff in reception, and breakfast at the beefeater was more than substantial, especially after a late night in Weymouth! The beefeater staff set aside part of the restauraunt for any young farmers at breakfast so joe public wasn't bothered by us. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Kevin and Pete are legends and they are very hospitable,. Could not have asked for more.. they made me laugh and were very good at their jobs… I didn’t know that I could be entertained but they managed the job and they helped my special friend with the vending machine 

Kevin was a top Dog. He was so welcoming and worth his weight in gold. Absolutely love the bloke. He was so helpful and helped us with out struggles. I love kevin.

I told him I love him. I love you kevin. 

Always use this one as the staff always very helpful Kevin went out his way tonight to help me and was very kind 5 stars to him and very polite will definitely be coming back to this hotel very friendly and helpful and kind

Comfortable room, nice young guy on reception who was very helpful. I've read parking wasn't free but it looks like that's been rectified. The new system isn't up and running yet so it's definitely free now. I've attached a photo. 

We come down to visit family and this was our first stay here. We'll come back but will probably mix it up with breakfast and go to Mcdonald's which is a very near the hotel. The email you get about a refurb isn't due for years. The Beefeater is no more and the hotel use the site as a restaurant. Two mornings we had table service and the final was a buffet. We got down for breakfast about an hour before it was due to finish on the second day and they'd packed the continental breakfast away. They were always out of knives for some reason

It was nice visiting in December. There are lots of geocaches on the footpaths near the hotel. Parking in town is half the price of summer (but still more than anywhere inland) Park and ride is behind the hotel with good family rates. We visited RSPB Arne this time which was well worth a visit

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast would have been better if it wasn't almost cold and the white bread was hard on the ends but the restaurant itself was very clean. The staff inside the restaurant were helpful also.
