Excellent in all respects from check-in which was efficient, to breakfast, room quality with everything being clean and working well, including a great shower and hair dryer, and heating. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and effective. Would definitely stay here when in the area.

We went to The Premier Inn as a family of 10 adults and 5 children for breakfast only. No overnight stay. 
We couldn’t book but I did ring them  to ask if they would be able to accommodate such a large Walk In group. 
When we arrived they had set aside a large area for us to sit. They helped us to arrange tables slightly so we could all sit together. 
The breakfast was lovely, hot, plenty of choice. 
The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them. They never made us feel like we had to leave, we were there over two hours. 
We will definitely be returning.

We stayed at this hotel Friday 27th and Sunday 29th December as we had an overnight stay booked at alton towers in between for my daughters birthday.
We had a lovely meal the Friday night and Marley our waitress was brilliant, we told her our weekend plans and that we would be checking back into the hotel on my daughters birthday on the Sunday.
Sunday evening we went back to the restaurant for a meal and Marley had remembered it was my daughters birthday so she already had a table set up ready for us with a birthday banner and crackers placed on the table. My little girl was absolutely thrilled there was a special table just for us. At the end of the meal Marley and Becky surprised her by coming out with a cake singing happy birthday and a gave her birthday card.
It was such a lovely way to end our trip. 
Huge thanks again to Marley and Becky for going above and beyond and making such a lovely memory for my little girl.

My partner and I had a fantastic 2-night stay at the Premier Inn Uttoxeter during our Christmas Alton Towers trip. From check-in to the comfy room, everything was just right. Premier Inn beds are as cozy as ever, making sure we got a good night's sleep after all the excitement at the theme park.

Breakfast was a highlight for us - great value and plenty of options to choose from. The food was tasty, and the staff were super friendly. Overall, we had a brilliant time at Premier Inn Uttoxeter and would definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Alton Towers  way.

We were travelling home from the continent, ruunning a bit over time and decided to look for abudget hotel with a restaurant attached. By sheer luck we came on Premier Inn at Uttoxeter. It met our needs perfectly and provided us with a warmer welcome and better amenbities than several more expensive hotels we had been staying in on our trip

Enjoyable stay, clean and quiet. Friendly and efficient staff. Ideally situated for Alten Towers (18 minutes drive) which was perfect for us and reason for staying. Great restaurant nexts door for breakfast and evening meals The Water Bridge (super staff there too). Would thoroughly recommend.

Hotel easy to find and very convenient for our trip to Alton towers. The hotel staff were amazing, they prepared a little birthday surprise for my daughter without me even asking! There was a banner, balloons, a note and a rubber ducky. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The restaurant food was amazing. 

Our room was very comfortable and clean, perfect for our trip to Alton Towers which is just a 20 minute drive away. 

The staff were all extremely friendly, especially our waitress in the adjoining restaurant during our evening meal. 

We didn’t have breakfast there, but the hotel is super close to great food places like Starbucks and Greggs. 

We will definitely stay again next time we travel to Alton Towers. Thank you!

Super quick and easy check in, polite friendly staff, spacious premier plus rooms with a handy fridge and fab walk in shower.  Had a great last minute stay with my partner and will definitely be back. 

Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Will be back! 

Not too far from the town as well which is a plus.

Quite a few fast food restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Great if you don't want travel too far.

We made a rushed decision for a short break holiday, so we arrived and checked in very late on the day. However, Lauren and another gentleman staff were very kind, professional, and friendly. They helped us check in, set up the room, and gave a big help. Amazing! Thanks so much! Highly recommended!  

Amazing staff and great stay

Did the job we were after with a pleasant Premier Inn experience and perfect location to Alton Towers, so mad rush in the morning if we stayed at home.
The Breakfast quality could do with improving and a request/notes section to specify room location, as we had originally been put on the ground floor and asked to be moved to a top floor. Unfortunately, we were given a room close to a staff room and staircase so I did not sleep very well, and our aircon did not appear to work very well. We were only staying 1 night so it was not worth speaking to reception at 10pm.

Perfect for what we wanted

Deserved 5 except for the price increase that was hiked because of the local races, and the restaurant waiting area which was shabby and unwelcoming to say the least.  However the food was good and the service from the staff was excellent.  Beware the hole in the road as you come in.
