We loved our stay. The staff were beyond friendly. The bed was comfortable and cozy.

Hotel was clean and tidy … located in a spectacular setting on the outskirts of Ullapool… the staff were very friendly and welcoming … a definite “visit again”….

The property is well located, about a 10 min easy stroll along the waterfront to the harbour with good restaurant options close at hand. The large sitting area with a view of the bay is a perfect place for relaxing in late afternoon after a day of touring.  Breakfast was substantial and very good!

Outstanding!Arrived to be offered a wee whisky or sherry. Welcoming staff and clean beautiful property.  Our room overlooked the harbour, incredible view. Bedding was fresh and clean with lovely pillows. Most comfortable sleep if had since leaving home 3 weeks ago. Breakfast was fantastic, exceptional service and friendly staff. Highly recommend 10/10

Another brilliant stay, we booked last minute so expected a small room but it was a bit on the too small size. No where for our bags and the sink in the bathroom was tiny. Too small to clean your teeth or shave.  Having said that we love this place and will return again

We reserve the cabin on the edge with beautiful view of water, mountain and Ullapool. New and modern

We were warmly welcomed and offered a drink. The premises were spotlessly clean and whilst the bedroom was not spacious it was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

I stayed in the smallest double room, and after the warnings about the size (property e-mailed me) I was worried, but it was actually fine for one on an overnight. For two you would struggle to find places for two large suitcases. The view of the harbour was fantastic. A short distance to Ullapool itself. Good breakfast and friendly service. Would happily stay again.

Luke greeted us and could not have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful. We arrived before our check-in time but Luke and the team went out of their way to get us into our room early. Our twin room (albeit small) and ensuite were immaculate. The lounge and breakfast room were of an equally high standard. Very nice breakfast. Overall, a great stay. Thank you Luke and team.

Highly Recommend B&B

Modern, beautifully presented B&B with uninterrupted views to Loch Broom. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had contemporary decoration. There was also a large, comfortable sitting room for guests. Breakfast was fantastic and catered to different dietary requirements and the check in was second to none - we were welcomed with shortbread and a wee dram!

Great purpose built B&B. Greeted on arrival with a wee dram. Our view was to the back of the hotel but the views to the sea looked stunning. Guests have use of a lounge with sea views. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice including smoked salmon. Good car parking and easy walk into town for dinner, we ate at the Sea Shack. Highly recommend staying here.

Great B&B

Overall a nice stay. We were greeted by a front-desk staff from New Zealand and he was very friendly and welcoming. The room size was a bit on the small size. May find it hard to open and store big luggages in the room. The included breakfast was savoury and in big portion. Though the coffee can definitely be improved.

Warm welcome with a wee dram which was unexpected and pretty unique. Lovely clean fresh well furnished room to high standard very small but knew that when we booked. Breakfast options excellent including full service which was courteous and efficient. Location convenient for short walk into town and next to water with lovely garden to sit in. Liked the way glasses and ice were provided so guests could bring in their own drinks to have in the garden or lounge. Nice touches like that made it better than the norm

One of the best welcomes I have received in a long time. As a dirty soaking biker they were extremely happy to have me in their SPOTLESS B&B. I could not fault their hospitality from the soul warming whisky at check in, to providing cutlery and a table for my fish and chips from town.The room was cosy but definitely not inadequate. The views of the loch amazingA very good breakfast albeit without haggis (it's a personal thing but I believe all Scottish hotels should have haggis, Lorne sausage on the breakfast menu).Overall, well recommended!

Superb B&B!

We absolutely loved our wee stay here. We were met with a warm welcome, the host was friendly and made us feel at home right away.The location is beautiful, right next to the Loch. The view from our room looked out onto the loch as did the living room and dining room.The beds and bedding were so comfortable, we had a perfect nights sleep.The shower was great with beautiful smelling local toiletries.Breakfast was lovely looking out onto the loch. We could see our ferry from our breakfast table.The car park was perfect, too. Plenty of room for everyone including us with our big van. Next time we are in Ullapool we hope we can stay here again.

Outstanding, wonderful stay. Welcome - drinks and shortbread, Room - Clean, small Double but size was fine, efficiently designed small shower room but all we needed.Great views from room, dining area and lounge.I liked that they were encouraging about bringing takeaway food back and sitting in lounge / outside so didn’t have to feel sneaking things in (we had great wood fired pizza from town - would recommend and sat on terrace to eat it).Staff - outstandingly polite, friendly and efficient especially on arrival. Breakfast - good choice, promptly served.
