Great location, comfortable clean room, great night's sleep, reception staff very welcoming, food at Brewers Fayre disappointing, one toaster for all the guests, wrong dish brought over, cold hard cauliflower cheese 

Excellent service would highly recommend staff very helpful rooms clean and beds very comfortable easy to get to .Great having a onsite restaurant  breakfast good standard  easily accessible and clean

Been hebeli a few tiles not, away a pleasure to see a happy team. Room was clean and tiyal as usual. Location is ideal for airport so you don't have to travel to far away. The pub next door was on. Will definatly be back in a few months time when in UK again


arrived at this premier inn on the 22nd to celebrate my partners birthday. i rang ahead to tell them of the occasion and on entering the bedroom there was a wonderful surprise of cake, balloons and a card. we’ve stayed at many premier inns before and this was by far the best. courteous staff and very clean room. will definitely be back again!

I was slightly anxious about my trip as it was the 1st time I had to travel alone in a few years. I called the hotel in advance of my stay as I had a lot of questions. The lady on the phone was so lovely and instantly put me at ease. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the receptionist who checked me in, helped me with my parking and sorting my restaurant reservations. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and cannot fault the hotel or the staff. A really pleasant experience 

My parents were coming to visit for Christmas but unfortunately we didnt have room for them to stay with us so I booked them in to this hotel as it is near to our home. They were extremely happy with the  service they received and said they were really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff had been. They have asked me to book them in again for next year. From the moment we checked in the Premier Inn team where excellent. Premier Inn is always our first choice because if how clean they are and how friendly thd colleagues are snd M5 did not disappoint. Colleagues where fab room was great clean ad always. Great night sleep as always and brilliant with the kids. Brewers fayre colleagues could learn from the Premier inn team but didn't rouine our stay just not as friendly or attentive as the Premiere inn team 

Kieran is brilliant on reception. Always goes the extra mile to help. Fantastic customer service which needs to be recognized. Rooms warm and clean which is of the normal premier inn service. Kieran is always happy and recognizes repeat customer. Stay here a few times a year.

I had flown from Portugal to attend my Mum's funeral. From start to finish the staff could not have been kinder sympathetic & more helpful if they Tried.
Keiran who I had initially spoken with by phone was very helpful. 
Amanda also went the extra mile printing off a photo of my Mum & a Poem for me.
I have travelled & stayed in many Hotel's BUT this was exceptional. 
Highly recommend the staff get a good Christmas Bonus. Would definitely stay again hopefully under  nicer circumstances. Thank you to you all. Happy Christmas & a wonderful & Healthy New Year 🎉

Great stay from check in to check out, rooms were clean and comfortable we stayed on premierplus rooms neawly done alll the mod cons you neeed for a short stay., staff really friendly. Area is good for days out to Exmouth. All local shops and town on your door step.

Have stayed in many Premier Inn locations, this is our eighth different one this year. This time a Premier Plus room, the usual comfortable room and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. A fixed shower, I prefer a flex, and bath. One light in the bathroom not working. Could do with some drawers to store clothing in, especially if staying for more than one day. Coffee machine, fridge and iron/ironing board are useful but you pay extra for a Premier Plus room to get this. Restaurant easy accessible, food ok, breakfast, the usual fare, ok. Parking outside cost £7 for a night’s stay.

I think my vote for the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in this year goes to premier plus room in Premier Inn, Washington

Stayed 1 night with my disabled husband. Staff very friendly. They gave us a large disabled room with large accessible bathroom. Very comfortable, clean and good value £66.  The only downside was it was the 1st room next to reception and the door accessing the rooms from reception kept banging every time anyone walked through. Don't choose room no. 1.  Other than that very comfortable, with large bed, tea & coffee and large TV. Great all you can eat breakfast £9.99 next door at the Brewery Fayre, very good value. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel

EXCELLENT STAFF & CUSTOMER SERVICE 

Warm comfortable bed and room with clean linen, coffee making facilities. The staff at reception were friendly and let me use their fridge for food for the family the following day. However the bathroom, spotlessly clean could do with a new coat of paint.
