I just wanted to jump on and leave a positive review. 

We had an issue during our stay with another resident. Without going into too much detail about the incident, this was dealt with swiftly and the outcome positive.
 The manager Sarah and her team went above and beyond to ensure all our party were well looked after and felt comfortable during resolving this. 

This may be a budget friendly place to lay your head, but I just say the service received was nothing short of 5* which made all the difference.

The staff were informative, friendly and ultimately really took pride in their roles which was very refreshing to see. 

Thank you for making our stay memorable. We will be back I am sure.

Brilliant hotel, I had a lovely stay here. My room had good soundproofing, with no disturbance through the night, and a comfy bed. The shower was lovely and hot and bathroom spotlessly clean. 
All the team went above and beyond to help where they could, the whole team were very welcoming and always had a smile on their face. I stayed on a weekend and the weekend housekeeping team were so kind and helpful especially when I asked for a top up in my room. The Hotel Manager, Sarah, and the Hotel Supervisor, Justine, along with the reception team made my check in very swift. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Stonehenge and I will definitely be coming back again when I need to for work, thank you hotel team see you soon!

I had a really great experience staying away from home for work. 
A Great welcome in the early mornings from the lovely Sarah &  Peter,  paul. They are really friendly and so helpful. And when we return from work are lovely ladies Petra & justine are there to welcome us back,  fresh towels and linen & tea facilities are always stocked up. The rooms are clean. In the evenings are Vikki & Sammie they are lovely & happy to help with anything we have required. This is a great team & you have made my stay a really pleasant experience.   I was away from my family for work and these lovely people made me feel welcome and I would recommend this place and I will be definitely returning. Thank you all so much for everything.. Dee x

Perfect facilities, Great room, really helpful staff and management that couldn’t do enough and answered all my questions  as had questions to setup further bookings, No complaints at all, great value and will stay again…. Easy access for parking,

Short stay with work. Lovely clean room - ample room.  Very clean bathroom with a good shower. Nice and quiet location of the busy A303. Nice friendly staff especially Sarah the manager who was very happy to pass on her local area knowledge when we asked for a place to eat in the evening. Slept really well and would definitely choose this location again when I revisit the area and recommend to my colleagues

Never been in a Travelodge but booked online one night. Price seemed amazingly good. Easy booking. Check in from 3 and checkout by 12 - very generous. No fuss checking in with friendly receptionist. Room had all the facilities I needed and was absolutely spotless and pristine.

Easy check in and check our process with someone on site all through the night. A decent sized and functional  room a comfortable  bed - we had a great nights sleep and a hot and powerful  shower in the morning. Service with a smile , nothimg was too much trouble -  A special mention to Danielle the Housekeeper who was very friendly, helpfull and engaging.  

Great place for a budget stop over. friendly knowledgeable staff. Jamie and Alison on reception couldn't do enough for us and answered all our crazy questions. easy check-in and check out and great free parking with food outlets handy. 

For an older hotel surrounded by fast food outlets and occupied by long-term residents, it can seem a bit of a no-go for a stopover. 
I booked it for the price and was expecting 2 stars basic better than a tent-type place.
I was welcomed by a very warm smile and a can-do-anything approach from the receptionist. Her badge read ‘Travelodge how can I help you ‘ I asked her name she said Alison. A true customer service champion. Nothing too much trouble. I said the carpet was dirty and could do with hovering and her reply? Hovering at this hour will not be popular but it will be dealt with first thing.
I asked Alison about the area and her knowledge was spot on. Even gave me accurate directions to local bus stops and bus times into Salisbury.
I took up a great deal of her time but she never made me feel that I was a nuisance. The room was fresh and clean with a fan and unlimited tea and coffee.
I forgave the carpet issues and appearance immediately due to the wonderful welcome and positive empathy.
For a budget hotel, you give 5-star London service. 
I will be returning 

Arrived just after midnight. I had reied a number of Travelodges on the way but they were full. The staff here were really friendly and went out of the way to help me book a room. The room was clean and warm and the bed very comfortable. Thank you

Perfect 1 night stop off and service with a smile 

I arrived quite late, but Jeff and Katie made me feel welcome instantly! They took care that I got a room in the main building to make sure I was most safe which I really appreciated.
The room was clean as usual in Travelodge Hotels. The carpet could probably be changed for sth. that doesnt keep smells, but overall no issue for me.
A good nights sleep before heading to the next destination! 

Convenient and genuine

We booked this hotel for a quick 1-night stay in order to go to Stonehenge early the next morning. It was the perfect location. While the hotel is very dated, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It has plenty of parking and is right next door to a fast food restaurant with EV chargers if needed as well. The staff was very friendly as well. For a quick stop, it was perfect.
