Ashview 2 - Heathrow - Thorpe Park - Free Parking

One week stay for work, distinct lack of communication regarding check in until the day of arrival. Assumed automatic payment would be taken from the card used to secure the booking, this wasn't the case. I was later badgered for payment via bank transfer at 20:30 of my second night. Really not what i expect from serviced accommodation.Accommodation condition ok but unfortunately not clean. All kitchen equipment was stored dirty and had to be washed before use, flooring throughout hadn't been mopped, especially kitchen area. When wiped with kitchen roll it was black, with stains on the bedroom floor also. Plus points for location close to Staines train station and there are a few parking spaces available off street.
