Excellent. Always find Premier Inn clean and comfortable - we were five weary cyclists doing a charity ride from Land's End to John O'Groats, and were very well looked after by extremely friendly and efficient staff. We were even given a box of shortbread to help us on our way! Really highly recommended - thanks for having us.

Carnè at the reception was absolutely amazing!! Helped us with travel and how to get places, had a good laugh with us and extremely helpful. We Absolutely loved her!! Beds were comfy and good to have a McDonald’s and shop right next door. Recommend coming here 😊

Lady at reception Tari was welcoming and really helpful, helped us when we had difficulties finding a taxi. Rooms were comfy and clean and staff at reception were always really polite and helpful whenever needed, would stay again………………..

We spent 4 nights at the hotel  in a family room. The room and a bathroom were nice and clean. Breakfast was also delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We used local buses to get to Edinburgh. It was so much easier than with a car. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk from a hotel and every 10 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

As always never a problem with a Premier Inn.
Clean, tidy and a place to sleep. Plus your normal friendly staff.
Great access to the tram system into the city. Just a short walk away
.Brewers Fayre is next door. If you need it.
As for the sea view. Wow.

Staff were absolutely lovely, room was clean & breakfast was amazing. Breakfast had an amazing buffer and catered very well. Only thing i would say is that the room and hallways could do with a hoover and remote control for the TV could be dusted but apart from that it was amazing!

The hotel was warm and welcoming, we slept well in their comfy beds. The bar was next to the hotel and allowed a couple of hight caps before bed. We did have to ask for a towel as only one in the room but the reception staff where very helpful. There was a good supply of tea, coffee and milk. The room was clean, the bath was big enough to have a relaxing soak after a long drive. 

Friendly staff, lovely and clean everywhere. Good shower and comfortable bed. Only stopped one night as there was six of us heading south for a funeral. If I had to be picky the reception forgot to tell us we needed to book a table at the restaurant, but they had a table in the bar where we could eat.

Clean rooms, excellent service from front of house nice restaurant delicious breakfast good deal on evening meal and breakfast you know what your getting worth every penny lovely relaxing stay and not far to airport parking a bit tight on times

Excellent - clean, comfy, friendly and efficient

With its location some 10 miles outside Edinburgh, this place is close enough to make travelling into Edinburgh really easy, without being too remote. That largely accounts for its affordability - anything closer to the city centre would be prohibitively expensive. I was in Edinburgh attending a conference for four days, so the drive into the city each morning was picturesque and only about 20 minutes. There is parking and a Brewers Fayre restaurant on site, but that is really the extent of the amenities. It is pretty much what I have come to expect from a Premier Inn. My room had a shower with no bath, which suits me fine. The glass door and spacious cubicle make it preferable to shower curtains, and slightly less claustrophobic. One feature I particularly liked was the full-length window, which afforded a good view of the restaurant terrace and surrounding roads but was still a very quiet spot with little traffic.

Lovely stay

The location is good as it’s only 5miles from a nearby train station. My kid like the McDonald’s in walking distance. My husband like the free parking. If you need an Uber, it may take longer time because taxi are few. A good price to stay for three nights with family. The room services need to have much improvement. They took away my wet floor towel but didn't provide a fresh one back. They put the large used towel back to the rack rather than replacing a new and clean one. This was ridiculous.

Great location for an airport stay we stayed before a trip to Edinburgh airport 15 mins walk into a delightful town with great views and places to eat.  20 mins from Edinburgh airport and other hotels can be overpriced near the airport or in industrial areas.
