Very quirky place like being in an episode of the Prisoner.Everyone enjoyed time there.Went for my wifes 60th and she adored the place dining room straight out of beetlejuice.Paul and ben very helpful and would reccomend carrington house

Great value for money - clean and spacious room - staff were helpful ad friendly - lots of added extra's kettle with tea and coffee - new iron and board, hairdryer etc. Would definitely stay again - not a luxury hotel but a good standard and clean. Super white fresh sheets and towels.

My colleagues and I attended a team building event at Carrington House. The house is uniquely decorated with so much to see! The soundproof basement disco room is a highlight - what a great idea.

My colleagues and I had a team building day at the property and I was amazed at how spacious and glamorous the house was ! It’s very boldly decorated with some amazing furniture and soft furnishings.  The house has a great atmosphere and is impeccably clean and well presented . 
The owner I met was lovely and happily showed me around , he was incredibly welcoming . 
This house would be amazing for a family Christmas or an amazing hen weekend ! Absolutely beautiful 

Stayed at Carrington house,what an amazing place. Stylish, so many different rooms, great to hire with friends. A group of us went, all women and we had a great time. Massive kitchen and lots of other lounge and dining spaces. Set in a lovely place with local amenities. Owners are lovely and cannot do enough to make you feel welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our team building event at Carrington House. The decor is fantastic & every room wowed us in a different way. We spent most of our time in the huge dining room, the perfect place for games and enjoying food. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

I spent a few hours in Carrington House with colleagues. The house holds amazing surprises in every room. It is such an interesting overall experience. I hope I can return to spend more time in this unique house.

We have been back twice now and I'm sure we will continue to plan lots of future get together's here.  The house has everything you could want for a decadent few days away.  All amenities are catered for and the unique decor makes for lots of fun!  We particularly like the disco basement which gets lots of use.  For 18-20 people, it really is a winning destination!

From the moment we arrived at Carrington House we knew we were in for a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a sumptuous wreath on the door and two trees no less inside. Gorgeously warm, with every room stylishly furnished the house was very inviting and completely welcoming. 
As two families we appreciated having the adjoining cottage which enjoyed the same exquisite taste and attention to detail.
The dining room was perfect for special meals with it’s simply enormous black laquard table and one of the elegant sitting rooms came complete with a cocktail bar and was a delight! The kitchen was toasty warm, the Aga a treat, although the well equipped catering kitchen attached was very welcome when catering for Christmas lunch. 
Each bedroom has a different style, in keeping with the individual names on the doors. We especially liked The Chinoiserie and Versace! 
The club and especially the Karaoke in the basement was great fun and the hot tub hugely popular.
Snettisham is a lovely village with delightful pubs and the area is wonderful for walking and we won’t forget the bird life, so much of it, as we walked to the beach on Christmas Day. 
A memorable family Christmas in a beautiful house.

we recently did a photo shoot here for North Norfolk Living magazine and what a fabulous house. Completely unique. Fully kitted out. Wow decor and really lovely gentleman let us in and showed us around. Lovely and warm when we arrived.

Ebony's last Rodeo, Our daughters "hen do" basically, me as the pizza baker and chilli guru, and bacon rolls in the morning. I stayed down the road in a pub and let 10 girls do what 10 girls do...Quirky rooms with a basement disco area. Proper old house with lots of character. It was a fun couple of days. :)

Christmas at Carrington House

Stayed at Carrington house for a long weekend from 6th April with a group of fantastic friends for a 50th birthday. First impression I loved the house the rooms where all very individual and quirky the only thing I found was a couple of the toilets didn’t have locks on and in the cottage only one room was on suite so if you where in the room downstairs you had to go upstairs to use the bathroom which was shared with another room, it was nice that the room downstairs had a little garden of its own. Another thing wasn’t happy about was the toilet downstairs next to the kitchen has a little window in the door which you can see into so we had to try and put a towel across so no one could see in. I loved the disco room downstairs but I wouldn’t exactly say it was a cinema room it just has a big flat screen tv in it, the dressing up cloths where a lot to be desired. Overall the house is a great place to stay and we loved the hot tub I would stay again but I think it does need a bit of a spring clean as I don’t think it gets the clean that it needs after each guest has stayed I cleaned the tumble dryer out and it looked like it had never been cleaned since it was new. Saying all that we had a fab weekend.
