Excellent guest house to stay at. Very nice owners, couldn’t do enough for you. Very warm, comfortable house to stay at. One of the very best, the comfiest bed we have ever slept in at a guest house, the room had a lovely settee and a great smart tv for those who want to watch it, great WiFi signal, very well cooked breakfast, excellent new shower, plenty of tea & coffee in our room, very quiet as well. Well done to the owners, real effort to make guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible 10 out of 10.

Great guest house.   We've been many times, and have never been disappointed.   Gerry and Izzy are great hosts, who take every opportunity to interact with you to meet your requirements.   Best breakfast in Skegness.  Only a few minutes walk from the front,  plenty of very nice eateries within walking distance, and the pier, entertainments, amusements are all in the same area.

We loved our stay at Linroy Guest House. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Our hosts were a friendly couple who went above and beyond to assist with our every need. The breakfast provided was wonderful and catered for my partner who is vegetarian with a selection of options.

The guest house is in a handy location, walking distance from the main strip, high street and train station. We were always within a 5 minute walk of anywhere we needed to be while in town.

We would happily stay at Linroy again should we ever return to Skegness.

This place has to be up there with the best available in Skegness. 
Spotlessly clean.  Super Fresh decor.  Friendly people. 
Trust me you will not be disappointed one bit. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

This is the second time we stayed here for a ska weekend and we can not fought it Jerry and Isabelle could not be more welcoming the room s are modern and spotless lovely breakfast and jerry s a great host with service would highly recommend and for a lovely roast dinner go to number 9 along road 

What an amazing place we turned up spare of the moment no booking. Double room with front view was clean fresh and everything you could need comfy bed towels and hot drinks selection in room
Breakfast was second to none full English and even for some taty cake on plate 😁 plus unlimited coffe and cereal 
All in all this is a high end place to stay and would 100% recommend to anyone

Just returned from our fourth visit to The Linroy and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Skegness. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, but lovely and quiet. All of the rooms have been decorated to a high standard, are immaculately clean, with super comfy beds. The breakfast is wonderful and Gerry and Isobel are fantastic hosts. We hope to return very soon.

Just arrived back from Skegness for a night's stay at the Linroy.
We only need somewhere for one night as we were at the Embassy theatre for a show.
From the minute we arrived to departing the next morning,we could not fault the reception and service we received.Isobel and Gerry are a fantastic pair of hosts,and nothing seemed too much trouble.Gerry really looked after us for breakfast.

Absolutely amazing really good and the owner Gerry couldn’t do enough for me brilliant. The location is spot on and the rooms are spotless and the breakfast was delicious. I didn’t drive so not sure about the parking but I’m sure you would be able to park close. I would definitely use here again and many thanks

We stayed here for one night after a football away day at Lincoln and had Room 2 (first floor front). Although only a short waking distance to the town centre  and the bustling and noisy promenade, it is in a very quiet location on a nice road. Linroy has been extensively refurbished in the last year or two and the standard of decor and cleanliness is first class and furnishings were virtually new. However, the mattress was memory foam and might be not to everyone’s taste as it was quite firm. The breakfast was lovely and there were many options. Car parking on the road immediately outside  is not restricted  but the car parking bays opposite operate between May & September and there is very limited parking at the rear of the property so I suspect that you might have to drive around a bit during the high season. Gerry and Isobel made us very welcome and we would not hesitate recommending this property.

Amazing place

Highly recommend this B&B!  
Location  is fantastic ! 5 minute walk from all the main attractions on a quieter street ; the same street as The Churchill Pub, which is worth a visit too.  
The B&B has recently been refurbished and definitely stands out from the other B&Bs in Skegness . 
I stayed in room 4 which felt more like an apartment as it had its own private  hallway to the en suite, drinks  fridge and a sitting / chilling area in the bedroom.  There was a welcome snack pack on arrival too. The breakfast was the best I  have in ages !

You won’t be disappointed

Just returned from a ten night stay in this exceptional place ..

We had the  king suite , super comfortable king sized bed with tempura mattress,  large wall mounted television , super shower and this all on top of great hosting by Gerry & Isabel .

Fabulous freshly cooked breakfasts , along with the obligatory cereals but nothing was too much trouble for this wonderful  couple ..

Plenty of  tea & coffee offerings in the room .. Great central location within minutes of shop,restaurants and the promenade.. 

Would recommend this place to anyone wanting quality accommodation for their stay .. 

You pay for what you get and in our opinion it was money well spent ..
