This property ticked all the boxes. Wonderful  hostess and host, clean and comfortabler oom and premises, exceptional breakfast, great advice on local areas to visit, parking on-site. Highly recommended.

A really lovely place to stay. Fantastic house, really comfortable room. Great welcome and nice breakfast. 2 minutes walk from the town for evening meals.

We received a wonderful welcome by the proprietor.  Very comfortable rooms & bed, excellent variery of teas and coffee.  Breakfast was fab, fresh home cooked food from the surrounding area

Awesome location for biking in mid Wales. The hosts provide a warm friendly welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are well presented and extremely cleanA good hearty breakfast is provided to set you up for the day. Highly recommended and biker friendly.

I was made to feel very welcome, the room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The area is very quiet and peaceful with an excellent view from the first floor. I couldn’t fault anything

Motorcycle-friendly. Allowed bike parking out of sight & under shelter and hung up my wet kit; plus a welcoming hot cuppa was really appreciated.

Great property, Erris Villa is truly a home from home. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. It's a short stroll into the town with plenty of pubs, a few places to eat and local shops.Breakfast was fantastic, it really sets you up for a day of walking along the Wye Valley. Absolutely stunning scenery. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Home from home

Stayed 2 nights as attending a wedding on new year's eve. Very friendly, welcoming hosts. Eileen even gave me a lift to the  wedding! Ensuite room was clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Lovely breakfast freshly cooked each morning. A minute's walk to local town/pubs, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Owner conatcted us prior to our trip to confirm our booking and to inyroduce herself which we tjought was a very nice touch. We arrived and were greeted as returning friends and made to feel very welcomed. Our room with outstanding views over Builth Wells and the surrounding countryside was very comfortable.Was lovely t

Honestly this was one of the best stays that we have both enjoyed and it wouldn't have been so without the amazing attentiveness of Martin and Eileen, our hosts! The room had literally everything you could ever want and need, even the things you never consider!The breakfast was amazing it really was! Credit to Eileen's fantastic cooking. Martin had an amazing sense of humour and they both made us feel extremely welcome. We look forward to staying again and honestly recommend this fantastic place to all.Thank you for such an excellent stay!

A home away from home! With the most amazing hosts

Absolutely perfect choice for a two-night stay, and Eileen and Martin could not have been kinder! Even when I changed my mind at breakfast time and decided that I wanted the full Welsh breakfast after all (I saw it on another guest’s plate). My good intentions went astray…… Very helpful hosts, and gave me good ideas about where to go to see the area. And booked a table for me to eat out in the evening. Totally recommend Erris Villa.
