Myself and my partner have used mountain view for years and it’s great! Cheap and cheerful. Good rooms and warm and cosy. Self catering and greatly equipped kitchen. 

Great for MTB as close to Afan Forest Park!!

Great place, clean and friendly, self catering kitchen well equipped, just what we wanted, stayed here before mountain biking at Afan Forest the next day, would happily stay again, plenty of street parking

Nice place for people coming first time to port talbot, Nice clean rooms, we get access to kitchen too for cook food. good place to stay very friendly owners. Nice pets and garden too. Not at all expensive

My boyfriend and I stayed just for 1 night we also brought our dog as we were down visiting family they had a dog friendly room which we was obviously pleased about as he also had to come along when we arrived the owner was very nice took payment and showed us to were we was staying we had a shared kitchen are and in the rooms a onsweet large tv and DVD player and tea and coffee making area the only ngative I would say is all though the radiators were on we was very cold in bed in the night and the weather outside wasn’t below freezing.

Doesn't do breakfast, so technically a B (skip the &B)
Friendly welcome
If you like large hairy dogs that don't move when asked, when trying to arrive & leave then this is the place for you.
Plenty of signs on things telling you what to do, and what not to do
Plenty of hair on the bath mat and floor of the bathroom before we used it.
Bed was OK, room was OK, did exactly what was needed for the price.
Parking OK outside on road
