Priskilly Forest Country House

My husband and I, and two other couples met at Priskilly for our annual break, and it was like we had never been away. We received our usual warm welcome from Joy, Phil and Rebecca, and caught up on family and local news since our last visit. It didn’t take us long to slip into our routine; delicious breakfasts, continental or cooked (oh, that bacon!), then some of us enjoyed a round of golf, while the non players explored the farm and woodland via bridleways and paths, returned to favourite places or discovered new ones. We spent our evenings in the large but cosy drawing room with the log burner crackling, playing card or board games, reading or crafts. Sinking into the pillows on the huge, comfortable bed later was a treat. This elegant house is spotlessly clean, food is delicious, and nothing is too much trouble for the Evans family. We look forward to seeing you again
