Perfect spot to get away from it all.
Your hosts John and Barbara, can not do enough to make you feel at home.  From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel welcomed and at ease.  The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast each morning is tailored to your exact request, served with copious amounts of tea and coffee.
The location is ideal overlooking open farmland only 2.5 miles from both Looe and Polperro. John is always on hand to assist with ideas of places to visit, or the best routes to take to miss the traffic.

Go, you won't regret it and will come back rested and rejunaveted, with two new friends in John and Barbara.

I stayed here for a week in September 2014 would highly recommend it. Fabulous hosts, breakfasts was excellent. Lovely b n b and the rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean. Would recommend this to anyone 5* accommodation.

Well what can I say - we went for a long weekend to the Looe Music festival and couldn't have been made more welcome. An excellent B & B.
Our room and all the facilities were very clean and well presented.
John and Barbara were fantastic hosts. Barbara took the trouble to find out just what we wanted for breakfast, which was fantastic and in abundance each morning. John was amazing at running us up and down to Looe at whatever time we needed a lift. They both had great local knowledge,  and between them, and the other lovely guests, they made our whole experience truly memorable.  Thank you for a brilliant time.
We will definitely be returning.

John and Barbara are the best
We stayed for the music festival weekend and loved it 
Super clean nothing was a problem so nice to stay with these lovely lovely people John just couldn't do enough for us and the guests we had a great night on Saturday John and Barbara popped into Looe to join us as all their guests had got together we had a ball when we all got back to the house 
Definitely recommend the breakfast was brilliant and plenty of it too
John gave us all endless lifts into Looe and even picked us up well after midnight the guys a star and very knowledgeable they both really made us feel welcome in their lovely home

The Greystone pool basically offers what you expect.
The B&B is classic, but so is Looe. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean.
Maybe a bit old-fashioned, but that's a matter of taste.

The owners are both very welcoming.
Barbara is lovely and so is her breakfast.
John likes to be in control. His parking cones were his orange babies.
We liked to call him “Cone-an the Barbarian”.  

The overall experience was very good.

Fabulous hosts

I guess one person's 'helpful and knowledgeable' is another's 'over bearing and bossy'. So many strange rules, locked cupboards, a room which should not have been sold to us for four people sharing as not big enough. Bedding and sofa bed old, dated and foisty smelling. John wanted to know what you wanted for breakfast because he is so tight and made us feel like we were teenagers in a hostel being told off all the time - wouldn't dare leave any wastage as he just made us feel so uncomfortable! When we arrived the first thing he did was stand outside with a 'fag' - we are a family and non smokers so not a good sign. Smells inside as though they probably smoke indoors through winter. He began by criticising our choice to stay near Land's End before spending two nights booked in with him. From then he tried to tell us everywhere we should be going, patronized us as if we were children and kept knocking on guest's doors for a chat about the football and Man City winning/Man United losing. (we don't follow football but he didn't listen to us anyway!) He clearly loves the sound of his own voice and as another review mentioned, makes you feel as though you are intruding on his home. Just generally horrible and ruined our holiday. Also the entire BnB doesn't look as though it has been decorated in 30 years. Claustrophobic, we did not want to be in the building with him!!
