Aromatherapy Reflexology Centre - B&B

I am sorry that this establishment seems to have had bad reviews. Our experience was entirely different. We booked about 12 hours before we arrived at our destination as it was a spur of the moment decision to take a break away. We booked on line. I then saw the feedback and was a little bit apprehensive. However, on arrival at 5.30 pm we were greeted with a smile and a welcome from Mary the owner. There was no sign of any antaganism because we were early on the contrary we couldnt have been more welcomed if we had been royalty. We were shown to our room which was fine. Clean and tidy. We arent the sort of people who worry about whether the bedding is patterned or plain or whether the curtains are red, green, blue or yellow. As long as clean that should be all that matters. There was a clean ensuite with an excellent shower. We could just about see the sea but what the hell we were not going to be in our room other than to sleep. A sleep which I might add came swiftly on getting into the most comfortable bed. I had a non disturbed 7 hours solid, as did my husband. At breakfast time we entered the dining room and had a beautiful view of the owners garden which was obvious it had a lot of time not only spent on running a B&B but also tending a beautiful kept garden. I understand Mary runs her Aromatherapy and Relaxation Centre from the premises but we were already relaxed after our sleep. There was plenty of cereals to choose from and then Mary's husband cooked and served our breakfast which was very nice and cooked to OUR LIKING. He stopped to chat and was very friendly and asked us about our trip. We also had free wifi which seems to be a priority in this day and age but even if there had not have been this service it wouldnt have been the end of the World. All in all an excellent one night stay for us and within our budget. You can always pay double for modern, uptodate "whatever" but we found this B&B and the owners very charming. If you enter with bad attitude, serves you right if you get answered back. Well done Mr & Mrs Rees. We would certainly stop again if in the area. Each to their own but we were very satisfied.
