From the moment we arrived Carol & Rayner made us feel like friends/family rather than guests.  My husband and I were having a weekend away with no responsibilities (!) and this B&B certainly ticked all the boxes.  On arrival we were met with some yummy homemade shortbread for tea and Rayner then acted as a taxi service in/out of nearby Narberth so that we could enjoy a bottle of wine.  Definitely above and beyond the call of duty!  The breakfasts were amazing and the rooms so comfy that we actually overslept on the second night and nearly missed breakfast.  All in all a perfect break and I'd highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Pembrokeshire.  Thank you.

We first stayed at this beautiful B&B in 2015 and had such a relaxing wonderful time that we promised ourselves we would revisit . At short notice I emailed the owners and found out they could accommodate us for 4 nights in July . 
When we arrived Carol and Rayner were both there to warmly great us and immediately,  after taking our bags up to our room, invited us into their lovely garden for tea and home made cookies. 
This “home from home” treatment and attention to detail prevailed throughout our whole stay, including watching the World Cup cricket final with them and a personal welcome greeting every time we returned from our day trips. 
The breakfasts are out of this world with all fresh “farm to table” foods and an impressive variety of home made jams, honey and bread. 
Their knowledge and suggestions of “places to visit and restaurants to eat” saved us a lot of time second guessing and once again we had a fabulous time in this beautiful county. The castles, cathedrals and beaches are far too many to mention but Pembroke Castle , St David’s Cathedral and Freshwater Beach West were amongst our favourites , not to mention an afternoon being spoilt at Celtic Spa near Tenby. 

Superb location - the farmhouse is situated in stunning countryside with beautiful gardens and even a few donkeys! Rooms are quiet and comfortable with a brand new en-suite with shower. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind this is the place. Hosts Rayner and Carol are genuinely kind and caring people and go that extra mile to ensure your stay is tailored to your requirements. Delicious home cooked breakfasts and supper (on request) made with locally sourced produce and their homemade soda bread, honey and jams! I couldn’t have asked for more. 

Having travelled by train from London the purpose of the trip was to do a leather bag making course nearby and they even provided a ‘taxi service,’ to and from the course and delicious packed lunches at minimal extra cost - making life as easy as possible! Carol and Rayner have extensive knowledge of Pembrokeshire and excellent recommendations of things to do. (Last day spent in the sunshine at South Beach in Tenby!) Marvellous!

Lovely old farmhouse in a great location. Rayner and Carol are super hosts and the breakfast and little treats are pretty special. If that wasn't enough they have 3 beautifully tended and quit gorgeous donkeys. Just a great place to which I'm sure we will return. 

We have just returned from a seven night stay in this beautiful and comfortable farmhouse.  Carol and Rayner were the perfect hosts, seeing to our every need and making helpful suggestions as to where to eat and what to visit.  Our room and bed were comfortable, with great views, and the bathroom was well equipped, modern and stylish.  The sitting room that we used had a roaring log fire, which was great to come home to, after a day out visiting the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast, gardens and castles.  We enjoyed being welcomed back with a hot drink and homemade treats.  The breakfasts were delicious - both the traditional farmhouse ingredients, locally sourced, and the homemade soda bread, pastries, honey and jams.  This hidden away gem is a delight and we are making plans to return in the Spring. John & Jennifer

We stayed for three nights and it was perfect. The room (Teal) was very comfy, with all the facilities we could have wished for. The lounge we used had a roaring log fire which, on chilly October nights, was great to come back to after a day out walking. Carol and Rayner are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble and we enjoyed superb breakfasts - with creamy porridge, homemade bread and preserves and cooked breakfasts which are a great start to the day. We especially liked the privacy of the guest rooms and lounge - our hosts always stayed in touch with our needs but we felt we were in our own relaxing space. We have been coming to Pembrokeshire for many many years and this is the best B & B we have visited, not just in this area but across the UK.
