Beautiful B&B with the friendliest staff. So helpful with local information and places to visit. Cautious with my allgeries too. Not forgetting the delicious sweet treats too. Highly recommend

Gorgeous rooms, great breakfast and very friendly owners!

This accommodation was by far the best B&B experience myself and my partner have had. With lots of personal touches, for example little slices of cake left in the room and personally meeting the B&B owners at the start of our trip. They are very friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure your stay is pleasant and smooth from start to finish. We would definitely visit again.

This was probably the highlight of our 5 week UK trip. Absolutely fabulous place. Great location, lovely walk to St Ives. Luxurious room with great view. We enjoyed the afternoon tea left for us each day and a drink in the Snug after our days travels was very enjoyable. The cooked breakfast each day was delicious. The hosts made us feel very welcome and provided great local information. We couldn't recommend this place more.

The B&B was fantastic, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was exceptional. Only a five minute walk from the beach - Carbis Bay. You get free cake in your room after it is made each afternoon (bonus). The breakfast room has beautiful views of the beach and surrounding area.

What a wonderful evening we had. We wish we could have had a whole week. The house is stunning inside and out. Perfectly decorated, to entice wonder and joy. Beautiful furniture and amenities, an "honestyy bar", generous and not overstated bedrooms and bathroom, excellent breakfast and very friendly and caring staff and hosts. Also, amazing location, 150 yards from train station for a quick pop to St. Ives and Penzance.

Great location, excellent breakfast and very attentive hosts.Very disappointed by the size of the room - the Heligan is tiny - just enough room for the bed and very little wardrobe space - so had to keep my clothes in my case and it was a squeeze in and out of the bathroom - which has an opaque window - so if you dont mind seeing your partner on the loo then its ok.  For a room described as 'deluxe' with a kingsize bed it was a let down, having travelled 300 miles to get there.Overall though a pleasant stay and the service and breakfast were excellent.

The location of the property, view from the room, furnishings and fittings and lovely shower. Breakfast was amazing and staff very attentive.Our only gripe was cleanliness of drawers not been cleaned and hair from another customer. Rubbish not taken out of the room and tea coffee not replenished when used, however would definitely stay here again just loved it

Luxurious B&B in a great location

Absolutely lovely.

All the little extra touches really went a long way. Cake in your room every afternoon. Brollies and beach mats available to use. Fresh milk and water in the fridge. An honesty bar. Made to feel very welcome and breakfast each morning was amazing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wishing to visit the St Ives area.

Exceptional B&B.Clean, well furnished. Easy on premise parking. 1 minute from Train into St Ives.Beautiful breakfast.Most impressive are the lovely owners, Mark met us on arrival, spent ages showing us around and offering advice on places to go and places to eat, Then met Fenella, equally lovely, chatty and helpful. Thoroughly recommend, will re-visit, if our travels take us that way again. Ade & Laura

Exceptional B&B with lovely owners

Our host and hostess were great, helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and they put together a good team.  The breakfast was excellent with delightful attention to detail.  It is away from the bustle of St Ives, but easy to access the town via a 2 minute train ride.  Good parking, comfortable rooms, close to the beautiful beaches.

Lovely B&B close to beautiful beach and away from main tourist area of St Ives (still only a short walk or train ride away). Owners were very friendly and helpful and gave us all the information on the area. The B&B was beautiful and clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was incredible, and changed each day. We stayed in the Mousehole room which was a little on the small side, but was clean and comfortable and had a lovely bathroom.
