We were just passing through but Aye Stay provided a nice cozy room with a comfortable bed. Loved the Ness Walk just up the river.

Property was welcoming and comfortable, all you need.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. The whole process from start to finish, including the stay, was great

Wonderful B & B in downtown Inverness!! Friendly and helpful staff.  Our room was perfect for our 1 night stay.Quiet and extremely clean.  Loved the decorating in our room, fun and professionally done.

The owner’s recommendations for what to do in the area were excellent! The room was small but very efficient and recently updated. Very clean. The town was easy to walk to along the river with lots of restaurants and shops!

I had a fantastic 2 night stay at Aye Inn!  It is in a great location for exploring Inverness & the surrounding area.  I was very comfortable in my room, and found everything to be a great mix of traditional and modern. The owners have really taken care to not only decorate it with a very definite Scottish charm (& humor!) but have provided appreciated things such as a multi USB port, knowing travelers today often have more than one device.  The breakfast was yummy!  I appreciated the options offered & feel they would please many different tastes/needs.  My one suggestion to the owners would be to provide a little explanation of the tv (a Smart TV).  It took me a little time to figure out I had to turn on the tv at the set before the remote would work. But this was not really a big deal as the wifi was so good I could stream some shows on my iPad. Such a good stay.  Highly recommended!!

Say AYE to Aye Stay!!

We were surprised and delighted by this charming hotel.  It exceeded our expectations.  Amazing attention to detail & cozy Scottish decor made us feel so welcomed & comfortable.  Pre-ordering breakfast made mornings efficient & it was delicious.  Staff was friendly & helpful.  There were lots of great shops & restaurants within walking distance.  Check-in & check-out were very easy.  We loved our stay here & wish we could have stayed longer.

We recently stayed and had a great stay, room was lovely, clean with great facilities and only a 10 minute walk to the centre or Inverness. We were 4 friends and booked the family room we all felt the beds were very comfy and the breakfast was lovely. The staff that were serving breakfast were lovely, helpful and very friendly.

Lovely stay!!

Very friendly and accomodating staff that couldn't do enough for us. Exceptional service, exceptional breakfast. Only issue for us was the twin beds were uncomfortable. We could feel the bed springs under the bedding. The comforter was very small/narrow, no wider than the twin beds. Disappointedly we did not have the opportunity to meet the hosts/owners even though they stated they were looking forward to it. Had we met them we would've directly voiced our disappointment with the beds/bedding.

5 Star service, 3 star comfort.

I really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was absolutely top notch, place was really comfy and had character, short walk to the river and even though my room was small it was cozy and comfy and well designed. My only critiques were my mattress was uncomfortable , it seemed like it was either a second hand or just a well-used mattress. Also the 4pm check in time was a tad inconvenient

Overall our stay was great, staff were very helpful, room was clean, breakfast lovely, although a bit small.Parking was ok, but had to double park and was a bit worried about having to move my car, but didn’t need to in the end. We had a twin room and this was quite small with a small bathroom which was the only negative.Other than that I would recommend a stay here.

Highland coos aplenty! This place was adorable, with all of the theming in every room. My two friends and I had a three bed room, which was cozy enough for two nights. The included breakfast was great and the service in the dining room was always friendly. I wish we could have met the owners of the B&B. It was a completely contactless check in, which I'd never experienced before. Be aware that they will charge your credit card before your stay, unlike Hotels.com's usualy pay at the hotel directly policy.

Could this place BE any cuter? AYE! Stay here!

For my 40th, my husband, myself, and our friend took a 2 week trip to Scotland. The Aye Stay was by far our favorite hotel we stayed at during our entire trip. The small hotel is located at the front of a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Inverness. We walked across one of the pedestrian suspension bridges to reach town. The area is beautiful, quiet, and convenient. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Being able to pick your breakfast the night before and giving a dining time allowed for the food to be hit and fresh. The only slight negative would be the tiny bathroom, but it was more than serviceable for our needs. Will definitely be recommending to my Scottish relatives for their next Inverness visit!

I cannot recommend this hotel more! We had the best time, and were so welcomed in by the staff, regardless of some mixups with check in timing. The rooms were so adorable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We even had our first traditional Scottish Breakfast - it was so delicious! There were so many great personal touches that made this stay on the top of our list! We will be staying here the next time our paths bring us back to Inverness!

A wonderful family-run B&B in a quiet residential area, walking distance from the center of Inverness, the Ness Walk, Eden Court, and other points of interest.  David and Roberta are great hosts, creating an inviting atmosphere, and are very responsive to questions and such.  Breakfast was delicious. There is even a cozy little reading room :-)
