the staff were really nice especially Jannine running the bar by herself yet still serving beverages and food at an amazing speed and  even took a family photo for us. Overall great experience would recommend made our trip to cleethorpes that little bit more special.

Very nice clean rooms with plenty of space. The beds and bedding were very comfy. The meals and service were excellent in the adjacent pub. We were looked after by Jannine who we found to be very helpful and friendly. We would definitely go again.

Love the soft pillows and hubby loves the firm ones so win win. We love the comfortable mattress that we now have one at home. Visited The Haven this evening and was very happy to see Jannine, she is just the most friendly genuine person credit to the company. We will definitely come back.

Great service at the restaurant, Jannie is a credit to the company going above and beyond with great customer service and very friendly , despite working on her own and being very busy. Also good food served in good time. Would return in the future.

The room was very clean but the food service was amazing a lovely lady called jannie helped us and helped us alot with our questions only down side was coffee machine was cold but jannie went above and beyond and helped us have a decent cuppa she is a credit to this place

Had a lovely stay at the premier inn in Grimsby Coldwater.  Staff were very polite and friendly.
Went to the restaurant for dinner and met Jannine who was extremely helpful.  She seemed to be running the whole place on her own apart from the chef. Jannine greeted us, showed us to the table, got us our drinks, took our order, delivered the food, brought our bill at the end and took payment.She did all this with a smile on her face and asking if everything was ok.  What a superstar you have working for you.  
I would also like to mention that the food was amazing. Myself and my husband had a three course meal and it was absolutely superb. Another talented member of staff.

Friendly, helpful staff, pleasant evening meal and breakfast with all the family, we had 3 rooms and was well accommodated. Breakfast was fast and efficient, beds were comfy, the reception staff were pleasant and helpful, highly recommend.

We had a great 2 night stay atttending a nearby wedding. Staff are friendly and the rooms comfy and clean. Excellent value for money. Easily accessible and perfectly placed. Dedicated taxi service line which we used to get to and from the wedding. Pub next door serving food and a greggs around the corner for a snack.

This hotel is consistently great. Rooms are always clean and to a high standard. Available wifi and decent restaurant right next door. Great access to Grimsby town centre. 

I often use this hotel whilst working shifts nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful. In particular I recently dealt with Ellie and Gemma who went to great lengths to deal with last minute changes which was greatly appreciated. 

Highly recommended for a great sleep!

Jannine in the restaurant was amazing

A great 2 night stay

Lovely stay at the Premier Inn Grimsby, lady on the reception was lovely, chatty and welcoming.
Location is great, just a stones throw from Cleethorpes and the surrounding areas .
Room was large, clean and comfortable, no air conditioning in the hotel but a large fan is supplied.
There's also no lifts in the hotel, but a quick friendly telephone call to reception secured us a ground floor room ( wheelchair access required )
Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again.
Hotel has ample free parking and is attached to a Brewers Fayre pub for that all important best ever unlimited buffet breakfast!
