We came for breakfast with Santa and arrived to santa waving at the window to the kids who thought it was magical. He was at the door as we entered and took time to make every child feel Included. The service and set up for no doubt one of their busiest breakfasts was absolutely faultless. The service, quality of food and atmosphere was brilliant. It’s clear the staff all pulled together as a team to make things special. We’re weren’t rushed or crowded, having children with autism and ADHD these are real triggering factors and they were calm and accessed everything because it had been set up so well. Santa was patient and gave us all the time we needed. The kids had a brilliant time. This is the third year we’ve done this and will be back next year. Staff deserve recognition for going that extra mile x
