I stay here frequently. Some rooms are better than others but for me it’s the staff here that make this hotel. It doesn’t feel like a chain, more like an independent hotel as the staff here really care and go out of their way for you. They are why I keep returning.

We arrived at 1am, the reception guy was friendly and helpful and the checkin was smooth and quick.
The room was clean and cosy, the bathroom large and clean fluffy towels.
The bed was really comfy with plenty of pillows
The hairdryer good, plenty of tea and coffee, shampoo, etc
The TV is in a good position and the WiFi god.
A friendly face in the morning for check out.

My flight back to Gatwick was so severely delayed that I booked in here very last-minute as I was too tired to drive home. I checked in at 1am and left the next morning. It was perfect. Very clean and comfy, and ample easy parking. I had my earplugs in so didn’t hear the planes. No breakfast on site, and no lifts, but that wasn’t an issue for me. The chaps on reception were really friendly and cheerful, even at 1am!

Easy to park. Lovely greeting from a lovely lady. Clean and great beds to rest before an early flight to Gatwick, so conveniently located. Restaurant/bar next door, again very welcoming and great choice of menu

Jason was great. Very helpful. We booked last minute with Jason and arrived at 2am where Timi welcomed us and helped us with parking etcetera and gave great advice on where to eat the next day if we woke up late. Both very helpful and friendly. Recommended. We had a quiet, clean room with a lovely hot shower.

Ample parking. Ideally located for very short drive to Gatwick Airport for flight the next morning.

We stayed overnight so that we were close to Gatwick for our early morning flight. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. We were greeted warmly by Terri who answered all our queries openly and honestly. We did find the extractor fan in the bathroom a bit too loud but other than that the room was all we needed it to be. A super hotel and one we shall return to when travelling from Gatwick again. The pub next door was a real bonus, great food which was reasonably priced.  

Timea was great on reception amazing staff looked after my car keys whilst I was drinking to make sure I wasn’t driving good team member hard working and looked after us made sure we stayed well behaved

Just fine for a night before an early flight. Pub next door or Horley 2 miles up the road. The car par belongs to the pub but beware when leaving at night as there are fixed lights on the exit at the same level as approaching car headlights.  They obscured oncoming traffic and I pulled out creating a danger, thankfully no accident.  Desk staff helpful. 

Chosen because close to the training centre and easy to get to from M23.   Very friendly staff on reception, good parking, pub with food right next door.  A real person on check in which was nice.  No road noise.  Free wifi keeps cutting out, if needed best to pay extra £5.

Nights rest after flight home.

This hotel is very close to Gatwick south long stay car park. There is no phone signal within the hotel and the restaurant next door barely has any signal outside its doors. As it is close to the airport bring earplugs for a better nights sleep. On the day price was £61 not bad at all. Very comfortable bed.

We were welcomed by a very pleasant lady at reception. Our room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. 
We were in room 105. Unfortunately the room above us was occupied.
, And the noise from the floor was very loud. I don’t think the occupants were particularly noisy, more a matter of lack of any soundproofing. Pity as it did spoil was was otherwise a very good stay.

Premier inn continues to provide a budget option where you know what you are getting. Good parking and ideally situated for Copehall parking for Gatwick. Good friendly welcome efficient check in. I know it's a budget hotel but taking large cases to last 2 rooms on top level was no fun. On arrival in room, stench of stale smoke, my wife felt physically sick. Did not raise with reception as our friends room had same smell. Had to leave window open until we went to bed but had to shut as temperature dropped. As title says almost great, but...

Good for Gatwick.

Met by a lovely gentleman on reception who gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful when we had an issue with a vending machine. 

The room was clean, comfortable and most importantly, quiet as we had an early night due to a crack of dawn flight the next day. There was a big group staying and we were appreciative that they were allocated rooms away from everyone else to keep disturbance to a minimum when they returned from their Christmas party.

An exceptional meal next door at The Parsons Pig which is well worth a visit, would definitely recommend booking as it is always busy.

Look forward to our next stay when we fly out of Gatwick in April.
